We came into Trowbridge and found this lovely pub it was so busy.We had a super lunch very generous portions and lovely drinks it was very reasonably priced and had a great ambience

Vast array of options on the menu, generous portions and so reasonably priced! Staff and landlady are always so friendly! This pub has become a regular for a lunch visit and I can't recommend it enough!

Found this little gem on TripAdvisor and thought we’d give it a visit. We weren’t disappointed. The staff went above and beyond for us even found some pens and paper for our kids to do some colouring in. The food was exceptional And a very reasonably priced. If we are ever back we will definitely be visiting again!

We were on a short break and had booked for 6 and a baby for the first Monday after the “ Eat out” deal finished. The Kings Arms had decided to not open for food on the Monday but if we agreed to pre-order they would honour the booking. We are all glad we did the food was excellent, the staff friendly and very helpful. We would certainly go back if in the area.

We booked for a group of 6, we all had to fill a track and trace form in, hand gel and masks on as you walk round, good social distancing and table service, friendly staff, food was very nice, large portions, the bill was very reasonable. After 18 months of COVID lockdown this was one of the first family meals out and the team at the Kings Arms were great. The food was outstanding, the beer was well looked after and the total cost of drinks and food was half the price of a meal in Freshford, where we were staying. If I lived in Trowbridge, I’d become a regular. The only negative for someone not local was finding somewhere to park without a trek around the whole town.

Had a pint (or three) of real ale in here, the beer was in good condition and prices were amazingly cheap. A good mix of clientele as well mostly younger and older customers as well, and the staff were really friendly. Getting hungry I ordered the Rib eye steak and it was a decent size and really succulent. Overall excellent value and I shall definitely return next time that I am in Trowbridge knowing that I will get good beer and good food at reasonable prices.

When you walk in The Kings Arms has a very local drinking pub feel but their very foody menu suggests you have found something special! Most meals are £8.95 which would appear cheap and cheerful but don't be deceived! Incredible food! The slow cooked belly pork with a cider reduction was melt in your mouth, as was the rib eye steak. Very good quality ingredients! The steak and stilton pie was so tasty! And at such low prices you can afford a chocolate and hazelnut brownie or chocolate fondant! Three happy travellers (on a narrowboat holiday) and a wonderfully good dinner to celebrate my husbands 50th. Easiest 5 stars I have ever given. A hidden gem!! Speisekarte ansehen
