We really enjoyed the ambiance and quality of food at this venue. The Front of house went out of his way to provide a great service.

Came to Stratford as a last minute day trip and this place was worth the trip alone. Incredibly friendly staff… relaxing table by the water…. and the best fried pickles I’ve ever had.

Can’t order a drink at the bar . Have to sit , download an app . Order drinks . Pay: then wait for 30 minutes . Now refusing a refund. Arrogant rude staff . Dreadful . Don’t come here ever .

Terrible place! Two awful coffees, and one piece of cake which had ants all over it!!! Took it back and had a croissant which was in the top cake display which I then had to pay for again and it was awful. Needs a visit from health and safety. Avoid

A wonderful setting to have a disappointing selection of meals. The beer is wonderful, the atmosphere friendly, but the menu is dire! It is akin to a burger bar in America and failing. Mainly burgers, what about a Lasagne as a fall back to those who detest burgers? Menu not really thought out and the word salad is a by-word.

We have been coming here for three years now and have never been disappointed. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Newly laid outside area with canopy seating and seating right by the river. Limited menu, but well made up for in excellent quality and tasty food. Even the toilets make you feel like you are in a posh hotel. Will always return here.

Called in on Saturday evening with friends, I wasn’t happy that is was app ordering but that soon disappeared as the staff did it so well. Easy app and mega fast table service by super friendly staff. Food as described American offerings don very very well. Burgers wings fry’s etc. well worth a visit if your passing. Dog friendly and a lovely spot by the river.

After trying some of the other beer gardens in the area, as it was a nice day, thought we try here. Nice picturesque setting, right next to the river avon, plenty of wildlife to sit and watch. Like some of the previous reviews, went to the bar, was told by some girl chewing gum behind the bar can't order at the bar and need to use the QR code at the table. No point going here unless you have a smart phone, able to get an internet connection and are willing to order on line. This seems to exclude a lot of people who would just like somewhere nice to drink. Despite trying several times, we could not order and so asked a member of staff for help. He simply asked us if we had done everything which we clearly had, and said there was no alternative way to order. When I said, This is ridiculous he said not to call him ridiculous and became quite rude stating that everybody else seemed to be able to order.
