We have visited The Lodge now several times over the year. We are a family of 4 and budgeting meals out is important. There are 4 things going for this place the food is always good, the staff are always friendly, the place is always clean. …and the cost is always amazing. We are always blown away by how cheap this is for the quality. It can be hit and miss sometimes, for instance my peppercorn sauce was spot on tonight but it has been gloppy sometimes. ….but it is never short of the mark. The food is always good. The steak is always spot on and cooked to order. The kids love it and always makes a nice mid week meal out and we’ve had some lovely times going out with other families over the w...
