"We came here after work on a Sunday for the vegan roast. It was really dry and bland and needed a lot more gravy! We were surprised as we so enjoyed the beetroot Wellington from the Ladbroke Arms. We were seated at a table right by the bar, so we asked if we could sit in the more intimate tables and chairs next to us with the little candles we were told we could but weâd have to order at the bar as there is no table service ?! So weird as the table we moved to was literally right next to the other table. Service was slow and our waiter couldnât answer the questions about the vegan options. Wouldnât recommend"

Nice food but small portions of veg on the Sunday roast. piece of carrot, small potatoes abs a bit of cabbage.

I like the Mitre. It has a great comfortable atmosphere for a friendly lunch and the service is great. However, the food is not great value for money as it's just quite average.

Very quick and attentive service. Was surprised at how fast the food came. Sebastianâs was excellent too, creating a rapport from the moment we walked in. My Mum left feeling very happy, a great Mothers Day!
