Called in for lunch as we were passing, and I am glad that we did. Excellent food and one off the best pints of cider I have ever tasted.. I will definitely be calling in again.

What a lovely find ! Very helpful bar staff. Easy to socially distance. Plenty of outside space and great views. Nice play area for children. Far from the madding crowd. Great !

The service was excellent and the pub-style meals were great. The sirloin was cooked perfectly, the lasagne was huge, and the chips were real. Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal and we would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We always booked our family celebrations here. Owners are wonderful people and the staff are always attentive and pleasant. Food is absolutely delicious, the minted lamb, grilled salmon and chicken curry are the favourites among my family. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We hosted a baby shower at this restaurant on Saturday, 06/04, and the food was outstanding. There were 34 of us and the staff were incredibly accommodating. All the food came out beautifully and we were very impressed. Thank you for making my daughter-in-law's day special. Every member of the staff was fantastic and went above and beyond. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I spent new year's break here. I had the pleasure of dining here, and it was nice. I spent new year's eve here. The drinks were inexpensive and was lovely. The customer service was on point. Being a lone traveller especially over new year's can be daunting, however it was the opposite. The staff, the landlord and the regulars of the pub made me welcome. I had an amazing time celebrating into the new year. I will 100% return in the future. Thank you

This pub is a hidden gem just outside Hirwaun, located on the back road of Rhigos, about a mile from the zip line. It is well worth a visit for its outstanding food, which is served hot and promptly to all guests in our party of 40. The dishes were very well presented, on time, and delicious. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with the locals being very friendly. We will definitely be returning to support Chris and the staff at this local pub. Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed. Booking is recommended, as they also serve Sunday lunch. We are looking forward to going back as soon as possible.
