Wow, what can we say….Amazing pub. Great atmosphere, great ales and great food. Just wish we lived closer, but we will definitely be back

What a great place to eat. Excellent food and generous portions. Our group had two of the pies, the big burger and the salmon. All superb. Really friendly and attentive and nice pub atmosphere. Would highly recommend

Wow! What a fabulous meal. Good size portions, full of flavour, and great service from the friendly staff. They have a great selection of real ales etc..... and they know how to pour a clear pint. Highly recommend anyone to visit. Dog friendly too.

Driven past for many years and never stopped. Phoned and booked. A very busy local pub, Bar very busy as it was Friday night. Very good friendly atmosphere. Shown to our table in the restaurant side. 1st Class table service. We all had 3 courses. The food portions are very good sizes. The food is beautiful and local sourced and very very tasty. Will definitely be returning very soon. Thank you for a Great night

A superb family meal, an excellent choice of meals, that were freshly cooked and more than plentiful! I had food envy of the other dishes coming out! The children’s menu was far more than the usual, again, freshly cooked and wholesome. Ed, the Head Chef came to check on us mid meal, a lovely touch. The pub was full, the atmosphere was good, bustling but not rowdy, really good! 100% we will be back booking is essential!

The Old Inn has been under new management for some time we were told and it is now much improved.It is a completely free house for beers and the food is now produced by a chef.On this visit we had the speciality of the day which was spicy sardines. The meal was delicious and very good but it was not spicy!The selection of beers was good. We visited with friends of ours who live in Hutton, on a Sunday afternoon, and it was extremely busy. However, service was good and the place is very clean.

This was our third visit to the Old Inn and as with the previous two it was another very enjoyable meal from their 2 for £9.90 menu. Two of us had the ham, egg and chips which came with very nice lean ham, one had the cock-a-doodle chicken which we've had before and again was superb. I had the special of the day which was filleted sardines with a chilli and lime dressing, salad and chips and was delicious. The staff as usual were helpful, polite and attentive and the real ales excellent. We'll be back!

I ate here with friends on Monday (11th March) and we all enjoyed our meals. The only slight criticism with my chicken tagliatelle alfredo was that it was served on a plate, not a pasta dish. I've never had a pasta meal served on a plate ever before! It looked like it was served up in a hurry as the pasta had spread all across the plate, and the chicken was placed on top of the pasta, so the meal was spread all over the plate. A pasta dish would have prevented this! The presentation wasn't good, however, my chicken tagliatelle alfredo was delicious. We all ordered desserts, which were pricey for the small portions, but they were delicious.

We booked a table for 2 for dinner, we were visiting Weston Super Mare for the weekend so booked here based on the location reviews and we wasnt disappointed! From the moment we walked through the door, the service was fantastic. We were seated straight away to our table, asked if we would like a drink and given the menus. The menu has a fantastic selection, we couldn’t believe how much choice there was and there was a specials board too! I chose pate for starter, then we had chilli con carne spagetti bolognaise for mains. The portions were a great size, presented really well delicious!
