"spent new year eve and the night before in the royal arms. the workers and owners were so nice and helpful, it felt like we had met them all for years. the locals were very friendly. eating is from this world and very cheap, new years eve there was a quiz night as desired by the natives, and the owners did huh and scampi in a basket, very retro and very tasty. I would be happy if they were in the opposite, they will have a good meal and a great night"

Walked here for Sunday lunch whilst staying at Merediths Farm campsite nearby. Best Sunday roast I've had in a long time. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

we visited the pub on Saturday afternoon as we stay in the opposite for my friends. we had a little buffet while we were there and were not disappointed. we were very welcome and eating was so beautiful and exceeded our expectations. the owners had even decorated the room with balloons. many thanks and would highly recommend.

I came here with a friend and my 10 month old twin boys on the 10th November, on a Saturday lunchtime. After reading the reviews here I was shocked to find that we were the only patrons, except for one regular in the bar. I’ve recently moved to the area and was looking for a nice friendly pub that was out of town a bit but not too far.

Habeb auf unserer Tour mit unserem Wohnmobil hier gestoppt.Toller, gemütlicher Pub. Wir sind sowohl von den Eigentümern als auch den Gästen aus dem Dorf unglaublich freundlich aufgenommen worden. Tolle Atmosphäre, klasse Essen, wunderbare Leute in ausgesprochen schöner Gegend. Wir sind mit dem Wohnmobil gleich über Nacht geblieben. Der Besuch lohnt sich!

after a beautiful walk around the scenic landscape of llangrove- my family i (including the dog) stopped at this jewellery of a pub, sat outside in the sun and surrounded by flowers, we all enjoyed eating a 1st grade bite. I would like to recommend this place and strongly recommend a booking to try the sunday roast. if carlsberg roasted. thanks for the service, Top-Notch!

Have been here a couple of times and thought it definitely needed a glowing review. The food is all homemade and really delicious, nothing is too much trouble and they will happily customise a meal to your tastes or dietary requirements. Good range of largers, ale and cider, some local. Very reasonably priced and the pub had a lovely atmosphere, they welcomed us and our dog with open arms. Thanks for having us, we will be back soon!!!
