The Scallop Shell - Speisekarte

Great seafood! It's nice to see they have skate wing! Although it grilled, the meat still very smooth and tender. The Scallop taste great, the skin is golden brown and it's still tender inside.

fantastic fish chips in a beautiful restaurant. political and helpful staff and quite expensive menu. toilet facilities are first class. will certainly go back and would advise anyone who loves British finest meal to try.

I never expected to write “the best fish and chip of my life”! That was something else! The fish is so good and the process of roast so exactly that it does not look fried, but it tastes like fried! Just incredible! A pleasant surprise

Fabulous birthday meal, service was excellent, the fish was utterly delicious and some of the best chips I’ve ever tasted. We sat on the outside terrace on first floor, it was so gorgeous, beautiful decor, spotless. I will definitely visit again. Make sure you book in advance!

What a treat. This place is fantastic, and from the start, we got outstanding service from the staff. We got here for lunch and we tried different dishes and everything was tasty, the presentation was great. Honestly, I came here for the fish and chips but we found way more than just this and we will return soon. Maybe, the most favorite joint at bathspa for now.

Delicious place! I was amazed by the friendliest waiter (dunno the name but it was a very patient man with semi-long greyish-black hair, he made our visit! . The food was very tasty and looked stylish on the plate, seafood was fresh and well made, the chiefs were friendly as well. We enjoyed our visit and thanks again to the helpful and friendliest waiter there!!!

it loved how when you sit down, bring them a crippled water. they mark their order on the menu and take the until. divided muscheln to start. we are breathtaking. had cod and chips curry sauce and muddy heaps like my man and children. large size components. the curry sauce was amazing. very friendly waitress. would be highly recommended and looking forward to going back and try fishing from the grill. would even drive the 20 minutes to have the take. enjoy them from all of us

had the pleasure to visit with friends for a quick lunch, as we highly recommended. the interieur is really well done, the withdrawn into the industry mixed with fishing / sea side decor works really well. we had cod chips with brotbutter, so had to be the obligatory chip storm, and I had to try a few muscles that were plump and juicy, the cod was super fresh and delicious. we hope to return one day. after we had the chance to meet garry, we wish them all good with their top fish chip shop for the future

Found this place when searching for best places to eat in Bath and I couldn't agree more. I ordered the hake and chips which was delicious, and my husband had the seafood platter which came with bread and chips. My daughter only had the chips which seemed to stay hot for ages because she's vegetarian as they didn't have a kids veggie option. Portions sizes were good. Great decor including a bath filled with ice and fresh fish at the front of the restaurant. Would definitely come back if we came to Bath again. Good recommendations for wine to match our dishes by the waiter. Unfortunately didn't have room for dessert which I was gutted about as I wanted to try the chocolate mousse.
