"THe slug has always been the best place for a bottomless brunch for me. Not the case on my last visit. Table of 2 we got overlooked. Felt in the way and like a nusance, did complain to the managers they said they where short staffed, but the bar staff where doing nothing laughing and joking while the brunch staff run off there feet. The price has increased but the service level has decreased. dont think i will be coming again ! lots of competition out there !"

Had a delicious lunch at S L in Solihull. The food, fish chips and bacon cheeseburger were outstanding. All washed down with a couple of chilled ciders. Service from Josh was friendly and top notch.

The management has changed and ruined the place. Manager told door staff to kick my friend out who wasn’t even wearing anything “sporty”. Had a t shirt on and jeans. Yet there were others in the venue wearing “sporty” clothes. Can see why it wasn’t busy.

I went shopping at Solihull to have a wonder around the shops with the wife it is a nice town with some good shops .I had seen an email about the slug and lettuce, so I gave it a go, and I was surprised at the lunchtime menu was good value and a good choice. Visited the S&L Solihull on the 4th August 2023. Had a few glasses of rose and beers with my hubby, and we both ordered the cheese burger and a side salad. It’s was cooking to perfection, best burger I’ve had in a while, well worth the money and the service was impeccable too, bar staff were and waiting staff were very attentive. 10 out of 10

I attended for an afternoon bottomless brunch with 2 friends and had an amazing afternoon/evening. Our host Chelsea was out of this world nothing was too much trouble for her The food was delicious I had a burger which was excellent value for money. The only thing I would like to see is a few more choices in the way of cocktails but that is just a personal preference. Overall myself and my friends had an excellent time and have even booked to go again
