"Love the spaciousness and seating options indoors and out. They managed to make casual into a classic meeting place that could easily become a favorite for families, business meetings and passers through. My Eggs Royale were good and I appreciated that they were flexible on letting me tweak things to my liking: putting the Hollandaise on the side, letting me switch out the English muffin for granary slices. The poached eggs were timed to treacly yolk perfection. A bit stingy on the smoked salmon and no fresh squeezed juices on the (breakfast/brunch) menu. My oat milk flat white lacked the pretty flair of barista art flourish so common place today, but was satisfactory enough. If I had been seated where I wanted, up front by the window rather than told there was a staff meeting going on, I may have leaned into a conservative four stars here. I then asked to be seated away from other guests and ended in the back room which looked to be a well positioned, discreet spot for staff chats and meetings. Customers first, right? And, Back room business should, after all, be kept in its rightful place."

brilliant pub a stopped lunch with our dog. from a pretty girl who bent away, offered him a water dish tasty bites. beautiful decor, very beautiful staff and the lunch was amazing.

beautiful family meal, pre ordered as there were 17 of us, as celebrating for the 60th birthday. had the conservatory area to look at the garden, so enjoyed little to play off. eating was nice, personal friendly definitely recommend.

A great place for food and friendly service. Unexpectedly stopped here (after an accident and diversion off the M5) and we had a lovely meal. They had a good and interesting menu and the price was very good too. Given it's only 1 mile from M5 Jct 7, we will now make this our stop off from the motorway again (instead of the services). Great pub.

We 've visited the Swan over a number of years. This iteration of the place is interesting. Decor wise, very homely and welcoming. Service was reasonable but not mind-blowing. Food has moved from gastro-pub style to pub grub style. I will admit our meals were decidedly tasty and very filling, but perhaps I miss the 'specials ' and the 'Swan fillet ' that used to be on the menu.

we use the swan as a half way stop on our way and from mumbles. we cannot book because the traffic can change the arrival time by an hour or so. on December 22 we moved in, parked, only to find any table booked! the bar delicate, a bearish young man, found us two bar seats and we could order a fast snack, all very good. our return brought us back to the faggot, almost completely booked, but we had a table and their fish-sharing plate, great worth. we call about 8 times a year, the drinks are a bit expensive, but we never had a bad meal. 100% better than any service station, cheaper with helpful staff, good eating and a varied menu. 20 years opened this year, well done all.
