The food was beautifully presented! I chose the soup of the day, which was served with freshly baked, crispy ciabatta bread, and for dessert, I enjoyed an apple pie served with soy vanilla custard.

Sunday Roast was very good. Certainly reccomend the duo of Beef. Service was good, attentive and polite. Waited 45 mins for food (wasn’t busy when we ordered) but was excellent when served. Cosy and warm, will revisit.

It was a busy Saturday but early evening, so it was a pity the lamb starter we all asked for was finished. Apart from that, the food was great, drinks needed chasing a couple of times, but otherwise a good evening. £120 for two courses and drinks, reasonable value, nice staff.
