the half of the staff is nice, the half of it is not! okay eating, but nothing special. typical wetherspoons. has what it says on the dose.

Adults only. Nice to see that most of the Covid screens have been removed. Busy as always but with plenty of staff to cope and maintain cleanliness.

Usual menu etc but it was packed with very noisy people. Not a pleasant experience. Couldn't wait to leave. Not the fault of Wetherspoons but doubt we will return to this particular venue.

we visited here on Friday night of the anniversary weekend. my man ordered a steak. When he came, he said everyone was gristle. I spoke to becky asking if he wants to replace only the steak or the whole meal. he just said the steak, please. After taking his teller away, she came back a few minutes later to say that her manager was in the kitchen when she came in. he asked the cook to replace the whole meal. that came out when I finished my dinner. hubby said much better than what he returned. I just want to thank many thanks to beckyf or all their help.

Typical Spoons, good value for money drinks, food was actualy hot, The pub was clean and the staff kept the tables clear, some Wetherspoon pubs can have quite a number of tables with piled up dirty dishes. The pub was quite noisy, so I wouldn't...like to contemplate the busy summer months. The food was brought promptly and as I said earlier was hot (I had Southern fried chicken wrap with smokey chipotle mayo) quite tasty and good value for money as it was a deli deal and came with a drink of your choice. In my case Guiness.. The toilets were kept clean and tidy

I ordered a curry and beer from her curry club menu. the beer was not ordered. the manager claimed it was the same beer. I pointed out the discrepancy. she said they didn't do the ones I ordered as if the apology. they want to shake me with another one. I pointed out that the beer I ordered was on her app and then she falsely claimed they had no control over what is shown for this pub on the app. tim martin, the owner of wetherspoons, has played over whether the truth is important. Obviously, this manager thinks that it has not learned when and how to say sad. mistakes happen, but arrogant ignorance is not eccentric. avoid them.
