I believe the restaurant could improve their service system. It is a lovely place, but not the ideal spot for breakfast. Weatheringspoons is a better option for better value.

I had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The food was top-notch, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. I highly recommend dining here for a great experience. Speisekarte ansehen

I'm not sure what has happened over the years. The cheese scones used to be the best, but now they are just some kind of dry cake. There is hardly any cheese in them and they are nearly inedible.

Really, really, good brekkie here, class sausages says it all, but lovely all around. Doggie friendly outside, shame not inside, but weather was lovely and the extra sausage for Harvey (dog) went down very well

Visited as group of 10 cyclists having reserved tables. They were quite busy and service was a bit slow as only one person serving at the time. Good selection of cakes and scones etc, all very tasty. Recently decorated inside, now looks very fresh and modern, impressed .

Some gorgeous homemade food fried breakfasts, chilli beef n rice, potato jackets, burger, sausage baps, tuna cheese melts..... cakes, crumbles and muffins plus all the usual coffees, teas and cold drinks. Cosy little place with plenty of outside seating in the summer. Warm friendly staff, very helpful. Parking: Now the parking is great. A little busier in the summer. Easy free parking. But the paid parking isn't too expensive. Service: Dine in

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. While some of the food, such as the full English breakfast and breakfast wrap, was excellent, the omelette was burnt and resembled a Yorkshire pudding, and the waffles were too hard to even cut, let alone eat. We did express our concerns at the time, but aside from being told that the chef would be notified, not much was done to address the issue. Paying £9 for the omelette felt like a waste of money. In addition, the service was slow when it came to clearing tables, and we even had seagulls swoop in to eat the leftover food as we left. Speisekarte ansehen
