"Disappointingly average food and a confused main menu choices on a Sunday of roast dinners one last pink beef at 5pm that wasn't pink it was well done) and sandwiches and hot roast sandwiches with chips, special was lobster and was quite expensive for the quality. Also a bit eclectic in the interior design back to the 80's in the conservatory and a different style in the main room with a hotch potch of accessories in the mix. We met for a Christmas dinner, because the vicarage is about halfway between Stafford and Manchester. The bar area was very busy with a wedding party, but we were still served and shown on our table. My wife and I are gluten-free and happy to see many options for our meals. The food was served in good time and was well presented and cooked, we ordered additional drinks and everything very enjoyed the occasion.
