We had the best experience- food was very tasty and arrived quickly, cocktail menu had many choices and all presented beautifully. Me and my sister went to the vine on the 16th of June for dinner. The food and cocktails were amazing and the service was the best. Chris, our server, was so helpful and was a lot of fun with us. Friendly attentive service and great food at a reasonable price. The menu was very varied and interesting. Our party of six made different food choices and we all enjoyed our meals. When good quality food at a sensible price is hard to find, we found the Vine Restaurant to be exceptional. We will certainly be visiting again. The service at the restaurant was lacking at first, as the waitress took a long time to return to take our order and forgot a drink. However, it improved later on when a friendly waiter was very attentive. We were happy to see a menu with three non-alcoholic mocktail options, but disappointed that two of them were unavailable. Our disappointment continued when the shared chocolate dessert was also unavailable when we tried to order it. The restaurant was very loud, making it difficult for us to hear each other and ruining our girls' night out. Despite the good food, the noisy atmosphere dampened our gathering and we were unable to truly catch up. It was a shame.

Prior to my booking I was told that the area I had booked seated 11 even though I only booked for 9. I walked in for my pre booked table of 9 and was after enquiring where my table was sat I was met with an extremely rude employee who expressed that we were over 30 minutes late (we were 18 minutes late). He then proceeded to say that the individual who had booked the table was meant to ‘get back to him’ and he assumed we weren’t coming so had put the chairs away. I myself being the individual who booked the appointment, knew this was a lie as I’d phone multiple times to confirm the time of booking after the confirmation email stated the booking was for 8:45 not 5pm. Exceptional service and food! We booked The Vine for a Hen Party on Saturday 29th July for 32 people .Upon prior to everyone arriving I went down to The Vine to set up the tables etc ,I was greeted by Megan who showed me to the restaurant to see if I liked the way that had set it up , it was absolutely fine I just asked for a couple of adjustments nothing major just the tables to be a little bit more closer together, which she said was absolutely no problem. When everyone started to arrive we were greeted straight away with friendly faces who couldn’t do enough for us .
