"Wow!! What an amazing hot buffet Graham and Wendy provided for my 50th. We ordered the pulled pork with stuffing and crackling, mac and cheese with salads and sides. They complemented this with hot dogs for the kids. Every single guest said how wonderful the food was and they were right! It was delicious! Cannot recommend enough for taste, cost, attention to details and of course G&W themselves. Thank you Butties."

"First visit to this pub. First of all the pub is beautiful inside and out. We were greeted by a friendly bar maid who gave us menus. Ordered two meals from the ‘classic’ section of the menu but barmaid couldn’t find the items on the electronic ordering system so said we couldnt order them which meant we then had to order other items from the menu which was disappointing. Alternatives were fine for the money (mash not great! . Shame there was such a mess up with the food we ordered as if theres a new menu in place they should ensure everything from the menu can be ordered to save disappointed to the customer. Again beautiful pub with open fire and would definitely visit again but please get your ordering system right!"

The food was quite good, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The flavors were excellent, and the presentation was appealing. However, the service could use some improvement, which is why I rated it a 3. While the staff were friendly, they seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak hours. The highlight of my visit was definitely the atmosphere, which was lively and inviting, earning a perfect 5. I would recommend this place for a casual lunch outing."

"We had an amazing meal. The quality in the past has been variable with different owners but whatever was going on before this Thai restaurant is excellent now. We shared chicken satay and pork ribs to start, the satay sauce was subtle but still nice. We had various Panang curries for mains (chicken, prawn and vegetable) and coconut rice. It was all top class great portions and really tasty. The coconut rice was the best I’ve had. My veg parang with packed with a huge variety of veg which was excellent. The ladies serving us were great and the whole meal was really enjoyable."
