Went with my family the potatoes with the curry were uncooked and the veg moussaka totally inedible small portions too. Won't return.

Just had the perfect breakfast. Eggs royale the eggs were cooked to perfection and salmon was so fresh and plenty of it. Was just amazing well done

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. The food was amazing and the pub had stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We were truly impressed with the exceptional food. Thank you!

The bar area has a traditional country pub atmosphere, while the restaurant side is a bit plain. The views are stunning, the service is friendly, and the food is perfectly good. I would definitely return if I find myself in the area again.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this pub while staying at Doniford Bay. The food was exceptional - my brother had the steak and my mother and I enjoyed the amazing carvery on a Sunday. We were recommended this place and it definitely lived up to our expectations. If you're in the area, be sure to book a table and try it out. It's definitely worth it.

Visited The Windmill several times now and never been disappointed. The staff are always welcoming and friendly with the views from the dining area truly a delight. There's plenty of good choices at great value on the menu and the service is prompt. All in all a lovely dining experience highly recommended. And finally if there's a Michelin Star for onion rings these guys deserve one... Exquisite the best I've ever tasted!

Very disappointed, have been before and had a much better experience, This time there was no real ale, No very busy, it took over 30 minutes to get 2 children’s meals to the table one of which was wrong, 4 adults had carvery, none of us were impressed with the food, the returned childs meal came out when the rest of us were almost finished and one garlic bread starter came out when everyone had finished the main course! Then they forgot the children’s desert which had to be reordered. Not impressed with this visit, good job they weren’t busy! All in all would not recommend and will not be rushing back anytime soon

Booked a night and got an excellent rate, including breakfast. For the price we paid, my expectations were not high but wow! The room was big with an enormous double bed. We had a balcony with a view across to south Wales. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom looked almost brand new. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and my gammon was massive. My husband said the veggie burger was one of the best he had ever tasted. Breakfast was great too a huge menu. I had porridge which was a very large bowlful! Hubby enjoyed his veggie breakfast too. We stopped here on our way back from a weekend away, we had passed it several times and thought it looked a lovely place. However, unfortunately the dining experience was not good. We arrived for a Sunday lunch quite late in the day so not that busy. We sat in the bar area with our dog. We were sat down and our drinks order was taken. One of us ordered a thatchers gold and received the haze, when this was pointed out the server just took it away and bought the correct drink. No apology or interaction at all.
