Great underground restaurant, with very attentive staff. The food is lovely, and there is a great wine selection as you would expect

I can't speak more highly of this bistro. The onion bhajis are delightfully inventive. The Parma ham and egg asparagus is mouthwatering and perfectly balanced.

I really enjoyed it as I was with some friends who I had not seen for a long time. Didn't eat but was very happy with the drinks available and the general atmosphere. Speisekarte ansehen

Have done normal menu and steak nights so thought it was time to try curry night. Superb value for superb food and excellent service. Just please fill the vent in on table 6 ... its a bit drafty :

We love coming here. The food is fantastic. Never had a bad meal here. My partner loves the rib-eye steak which always perfectly cooked and I loved the prawn starter and asparagus. The wine is always excellent especially the wines by the glass.

love this place, always had a great time with great food and a brilliant atmosphere stand are friendly and very committed. we always book a week in advance as it is small and do not want to be disappointed if we cannot get in. carry them on the way they are! nb. the pornstar martinis are the best around

Amazing little place hidden away in Chelmsford. Went for drinks to celebrate my partners birthday. Wine and gin menu was very extensive. Each gin had a thorough description. It was great to try some new gins. Staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. Decorated bottle was a lovely touch and a great keep sake. Thank you.

Exquisite little hide out in the centre of Chelmsford.great ambience and wonderful wine. A particularly nice chocolate dessert wine. We visited one 13th April.rhe staff were so attentive and there was so much choice. The set menu was great value. I however, have a gluten and dairy allergy, and was offered a wonderful range of food including a dessert that wasn't sorbet. That really pleased me. Would I recommend? Absolutely Speisekarte ansehen
