Was there this morning for some breakie the place was very busy we had plenty time tho got excellent service and the breakfast was delicious thank you

Went to this wee gem whilst my daughter in law was waiting to parachute from the local St Andrews parachute. Had the burger.........hit the spot!!!! Lovely service...... Speisekarte ansehen

A lovely wee place. Came for high tea and enjoyed it. Steak pie, fish, and chicken dishes were all very tasty. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. Looking forward to returning on my next trip home.

First visit for me for lunch. Great scampi with piping hot chips and peas followed by chocolate fudge cake and ice cream great value and choice of 2 or 3 courses. Right next to airport runway but nothing was flying on our visit unfortunately. Friendly and efficient staff.

The menu here is large much larger than you would expect of a place this size. The prices are also low for both food and drink. Our party had a variety of starters and a variety of main courses every one of us enjoyed everything we ate. The staff are very friendly. It is a wee bit remote, so there will need to be a designated driver, but we will definitely be back. Speisekarte ansehen

Such a shame that there isn’t just a margin more effort put into this because it could be a goldmine. Chairs and tables are lovely and toilets are spotless. Food could be better for the same price (ask Foxton bar and grill) but with a tiny bit of staff training and a move away from some frozen to fresh produce this could be wonderful. The venue is great, you have local housing and people visiting the airfield so why not make it the best it can be. Will we go back Yes. The mango and Brie bites are lovely but frozen fish in Fife is simply a disgrace. Please try harder and make this all it could be.

Today I checked if they served gluten free before arriving. I was very hungry. I ordered a Thai style meal. I got a plate of mostly boiled potatoes, well boiled Swede cubes and well boiled carrots and one small fishcake. The fishcake had no taste of fish or prawns and when cut it looked like potato and quinoa. There was no sauce or herbs on the veg or fishcake. It looked and tasted unappetising. When I said it was the worst meal I'd had in years they said I could have had chips. What on earth has that to do with a meal that was advertised as Thai? There was no apology or word of regret. As part of my surprises for my 60 th birthday, my family booked High Tea at The Tipsy Nipper. If you don't already know, this is set beside the local Airstrip in Glenrothes. The gardens were absolutely wonderful with Christmas lights such infused Reindeer, Santa,a train and much more.I was a pity that the rain was hammering down so we could go outside for some fotos.v Who knows, maybe next year. When we arrived, the other fifteen folks were all seated, I felt like Royalty as I walked in and in arm with hubby. The dining room is bright,tidy and very welcming and Staff allowed us time to get seated and take in the surprise of everybody being out together. Even with such a large party of folks...
