"Greeted by friendly staff shown to our table, all was going well, until it came to eating, there was one chef serving people there meat, we waited half an hour in the que never have I ever seen it so long) once we received the food, it was cold !! Very disappointed we are regular visitors, when I comment was mad to the staff, no interest was taken ! I appreciate its not there fault, but no care was given"

All the food was cold, not even luke warm. Vegetables overcooked, gravy cold. Prices have increased but quality was worse. Very noisy too

Good experience, cater for children allergy’s. Shame everyone else had there mains before the child and again there desserts before the childs

Food was disappointing and meat was fatty and dry. Menu wasn't fully equipped as no stock. The Staff were polite and attentive to our needs but a bit over barring. Speisekarte ansehen

While the service was lacking in personal touch, the staff member who did assist us was a credit to the restaurant. The ambiance at the restaurant was also quite pleasant. Thank you!

the waitress was rude. I ignored us. when we got their attention, she suddenly told us not to wait tables in cash. I told her I booked one. when she took the time to see our table was empty. she was rude and very rude.

We arrived at 6:30pm and found that the restaurant was overcrowded, and the food was cold. The carvery that the chef served was also cold. Although we have dined here before, we do not plan to return due to these issues. Speisekarte ansehen

Not as much variety of vegetables as usual and food had been sitting for a while under heat lamps so not as fresh as my last visit which was only a week ago, however restaurant was quiet. Food was warm not hot. Service was particularly good and waitress was very attentive. Area was clean. Desert was very nice

I had a fantastic experience at Moby Dick last night. A friendly lady welcomed us, showed us to our table, and provided excellent service. She explained everything thoroughly and the Carvery staff were very helpful. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. The decor could use an update, but overall it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning.
