"The food was tasty and portion sizes meant a starter and large main left us feeling pleasantly full however... I would unfortunately say that though the waiters were polite and good with providing drinks (using the service button on the table to get their attention), getting food was incredibly slow. We were a group of 10 and had booked a couple of weeks in advance we ordered starters and mains, but despite having a 7pm booking we didn't get mains until around 9pm. It was fine but noticeably slow with no mention of a wait when booking our table, or updates from staff on how long it'd be. It made matters worse as we saw other people turn up after we ordered, and still receive their starters and mains before we had ours. We'll likely go back, but definitely in smaller groups."

"Our first visit, would definitely recommend a visit, lovely food and great service, our waitress was Molly who was very knowledgeable and attentive, a lovely touch at the end of the evening was when Rebecca the owner took the time to chat with us, we will definitely be going back especially as part of the pub is dog friendly"

"Love this place. Food always good and decent size portions. Lovely interior and friendly staff. You can just go for a drink too. They had entertainment as it was the Jubilee but this isn't normally the case. They made sure we had a quiet table as we wanted to chat and the music provided a nice background. Lovely garden too. Well worth a visit. And you can walk off lunch with a walk round the nearby reservoir"

"Not the best experience or food if I am totally honest. As I entered the bar area i didn't quite know where the restaurant was, there were no signs.. I walked further down and could see the restaurant. I waited at the front to be seen to but no-one approached me, so i made my way back to the bar and explained i had a booking. I was told to take a seat at the bar. As i was waiting I could see guests were leaving after a wake. I did wait a good few minutes for our table, after asking if we can be seen to our table.. the restaurant area was still in a mess after the wake.. no tables were set up. So my friend and i went back to the bar and waited. When we finally sat down we were served. Food did arrive quickly.. Food was ok, not the best flavour or presentation.. especially the ravioli which was the most disappointing dish. There was no ambience in the restaurant.. no gentle background music or anything. The service was very good, all waiters seemed friendly and helpful. Pub itself looked quite nice once tidied and with candles lite during the evening."

"iw was in some Turkish restaurants and there all quite the same, but I have to admit that this place is by far the best iw was to I not a pornstar so I just ordered about 4 starter and almost went for 5. I am glad that I was not because everyone was massiw my wife had a starter and the lamm shank to the head and we bought the half of it will be back to home."
