We had a lovely afternoon celebrating my friend's birthday. The restaurant made the occasion extra special by creating a "Happy Birthday" sign and serving a glass of prosecco. They even included a beautiful note. Speisekarte ansehen

Lovely B&B, we stayed there on Saturday. Our room was great and very comfortable, Restaurant food and service was wonderful. Breakfast was great, although the conservatory could do with some more heating, although it was a very cold morning. Would go back! Went for their Christmas themed Afternoon Tea. Superb quality locally sourced food which included the best tasting scones we'd ever eaten. Made with buttermilk we were informed. Love pianist/singer who went around chatting to each table. Lovely staff friendly, professional, chatty. A great meal in lovely surroundings. Our table was in the Orangery part of the North Wing Restaurant. Very reasonably priced too. Service: 5

We absolutely loved our overnight stay here, especially due to the fantastic, friendly, and professional service. We can't wait to return! The rooms were beautifully decorated and in harmony with the building's style. As for the food and drinks, the breakfast was delicious—bring on the hash browns! We also enjoyed the locally sourced sausages and appreciated having an honesty bar for a nightcap. Overall, we rate the rooms and service a perfect 5!

We were looking for a location to host our late mother’s wake and were impressed with the venue from our very first visit. The venue itself is lovely, great interiors, garden and patio area, with lovely views of the surrounding area. From our initial visit and through the many follow-up calls when we were fine tuning the event and seeking their advice, the staff were always very helpful and patient. As we were expecting 80 or so attendees we decided to have the wake in their on-site marquee and this worked wonderfully for us. We spoke to Ben and he helped us plan the catering and the drinks ensuring that we had sufficient options for vegetarians, vegans and those with gluten intolerance. Ben... Speisekarte ansehen
