the restaurant atmosphere does not express Japanese culture, but eating is excellent

amazing experience to be highly recommended, so a great service also. we will renew and discover more savoirs of the incredible restaurants.

Loved the food but felt like the waiters/waitresses could have been more attentive ie filling water when glasses were empty and providing tissue papers.

The service was really poor, the service charge was very high, but there was no service at all. The waiter delivered the meal very slowly and very unfriendly

we have spent over £200 and eating is not fresh, even buying ingredients and hotpot home is better than here. fore gras is beautiful, but overall very disappointed p

I order a sukiyaki set for 2 people. the sukiyaki (main) was quite good, but the starter was confusing with random combination of gurke and fruits. also the dessert was pure disappointment, it looks and tastes like tescos dessert. my recommendation would be to simply order sukiyaki instead of the set.

It was our first time, and it was a surprise the Bill, extremely expensive We requested for guidance at the menu, but didn’t explain to us how to handle the extras or that with the minimum of two you can get then after the extras . They weren’t communicative to make us understand how it works when they serve the food. Like ShabuShabu or the other Kukiyake or whatever. Sadly we paid a fortune and it wasn’t pleasant when they are rushing you to leave as we just have two hours to eat, when you see another round table full of other people and they were there before us and stayed after us but they were rushing us….

Arrived at the restaurant and had a man see to us. He was actually quite rude. When he took us to the table he said use hand sanitizer. Using the hand sanitizer is not a problem at all but would be nice to ask us to do so politely. He gave us a table that can seat 4 people. My husband sat on the outside of the table. This rude waiter comes along and tell my husband he cannot sit on that seat and to move to the inner seat. My husband questioned him why but he couldn’t give us a reason. This waiter really spoils it for the others that has good manners and willing to serve their customers nicely. Apart from the rude waiter, the other staff provided brilliant service and amazing food

The food was great as well as the environment. Most of the staffs were really great and served us well. Everything was nice before one of the staffs, his name is Asif, who came over to put us in a really bad costumer experience. We reserved the table at 6:00 p.m for 2. We knew that we need to finish in 2 hours, which should be 8:00p.m. Asif came over to our table at 7:00 p.m to ask us finish everything in 30mins because we just arrived 10mins earlier than our booking time. That was really unpleasant. I mean if he can do the math well, even we arrived 10 mins earlier, we were not expecting to finish at 7:30p.m. Moreover after we already paid the bill at 7:45p.m and prepared to go, he came ove...
