"We were here for a delightful Christmas dinner and were seated promptly. The meal was festive and delicious but the service a little less than attentive. Other tables seated after U.S. We're served more quickly, water was not refilled nor additional drinks offered. We were treated a bit like invisible diners. But we enjoyed our coffee and after dinner mince minis in a lovely lounge and overall the place is just visually gorgeous and lowkey elegant with wonderful art. Food very, very good. Would likely go again. Especially for tea in the public rooms or cocktails in the bar! Great easy location, too"

What a joke no record of our reservation. Took an hour to get a drink I kid you not and h mins later we still had not eaten and we had children with us. Without a doubt the worst service o have ever experienced. Would never go back

I went there for a brunch with a friend, we were very well received by the friendly staff, food was very good and the service very professional and pleasant. As it is an hotel it was rather quiet but it is well decorated so nice place to spend some time chatting without having to speak louder than your neighbours that was a very enjoyable experience all in all
