"I thought a lot before leaving a review. four days for precision. the frame is exceptional. First of all, I would like to emphasize that the place was recommended by the premises. Unfortunately, I don't think a sardinian would ever eat here the prices. present in the outdoor tables together with us only international tourists. the fish we served was absolutely fresh, but this is where the exciting aspects of the experience end. I was wondering how you can ruin your shrimp on the grill for four days. Really. I can't. the fried was very dry but in the end, however not easily digestible. the staff was absolutely friendly and courteous but, despite there were two people who served the tables outside, there were times when there was no one to verify the needs of the customers with one of the waiters who kept chatting instead of looking around. we ordered two dishes, one of which came wrong. on the account there was a voice for a glass never consumed. all correct problems immediately, but the average price of 25% is not justified above the Italian average market for seafood. Then everyone does as they believe, but in my humble opinion a historical place like this, born of a ten-year commitment of the founding family, should not be reduced to having to survive on the basis of an uncontrolled increase in prices. I have long thought of the review until I was in another Sardinian place, far from pine pension (in other country,) where I was ecstatic from quality, attention to the customer and to which the prices were absolutely in line with the market. that means you can really do better. If I hadn't been on the street, just arrived, with a 2-year-old boy and the empty fridge, I probably would have left already after seeing that there were no Italians at the tables. I'm sorry."

"Essen! wir waren in einer Nacht dort und es war einfach köstlich von Anfang an (Aperol mit bruschetta,) bis Ende (tiramisu.) es gibt nicht überlastet viele Lebensmittel, und die, die es gibt, aber sind einfach gut gekocht und super schmeckte für sie ohne viel Kuckeln. auch die tiramisu genau nach unserem Geschmack und das mit der schönsten im Blick. hier werden Sie einfach wirklich schön serviert, lecker gekocht, in Aperol ist im Vergleich zu jetzt viele andere Bars noch ordentlich was in dort und Sie können die in Sicht genießen. vielen Liebe Dank, absolut empfohlen! wir hatten reserviert, sollten Sie wahrscheinlich tun, dass in der Saison/Wochenende"

"What an incredible experience. By far some of the best dishes we had on the island. The staff is so warm and friendly, and not at all up-tight or cold. We felt welcome from the first moment, to the last. The staff was able to answer all our questions. I wish I got our waiters name, but he knew exactly how to treat us as guests, and kept us laughing all evening. As for the food... Excellent. Every course was so refined and tasted so good. Fresh, local produce and ingredients, treated with care and there was clearly thought in every dish. The set menu for €65 was MORE than worth the price. We would have happily paid more. The tuna appetizer with poppy seeds is one of the best dishes I have eaten in a long time. So tasty, so fresh! I would highly recommend this place, wether it's for a full 5 course meal, or just a quick main course and dessert! Thank you for an unforgettable evening. Me and my partner will be talking about this restaurant for a while!"

"Per la nostra prima serata sarda ci siamo affidati della guida Michelin e devo dire è stata una fiducia ben riposta. Il Cormorano è un ristorantino chic nello stile ma non formale, che offre cucina prettamente di pesce. Proprio quest'ultimo ci ha letteralmente colpito: materia prima di indubbia qualità e cucinata alla perfezione. Con poca fame abbiamo optato per dividerci un tonno in crosta di sesamo (il migliore mai mangiato) e un fritto misto davvero ricco (calamari, gamberi, scampi, un sarago e degli insoliti anemoni veramente gustosi). Molto buono anche il dolce al cocco e cioccolato di modica. L'esperienza, condita anche da un servizio al tavolo molto cortese e disponibile, è stata così positiva che abbiamo deciso di riprenotare un'altra cena per provare alcuni piatti visti da altri tavoli che ci hanno intrigato, come la degustazione di antipasti caldi e freddi, la fregola o le lorighittas. I prezzi non sono bassi, ma totalmente in linea con l'offerta, quindi corretti."

"Sono stato in questo ristorante per una cena in compagnia di mia moglie. All'entrata un cameriere chiede se avessimo prenotato e ci accompagna al tavolo. Fortunatamente ci viene assegnato un tavolo all'esterno da dove di vede benissimo il tramonto che illumina Castelsardo. Panorama mozzafiato e davvero suggestivo. Immediatamente ci portano dell'acqua, e poco dopo prendono le ordinazioni. Come primo piatto scegliamo dei ravioli di cernia con burro fuso e bottarga. Primo piatto semplicemente buonissimo,cremoso e saporitissimo. Come secondo due delizie di frittura. Piatto ricco con diverse specie di pesce, dai calamari, al pesce spada, alle sardine e degli anemoni, il tutto ottimamente fritto. Per terminare mia moglie prende una panna cotta ed io un caffè.Cena davvero molto buona, servizio gentilissimo e sempre presente. Da notare come ogni cameriere sia dotato di auricolari per potersi parlare tra loro ed essere efficientissimi."
