"Food was really good, we had truffle linguine, spaghetti el pomodoro and Penni Arabiata and all were tasteful. The portion of the food is big. If you are looking for authentic Italian food this will never disappoint you. Giovanni was really nice in accommodating us and dealing with our little kids. They served us an ice cream treat at the end of the meal and it was so delicious."

"We found it on the net, took 2 attempts to get there but we made it. We wanted balcony room but couldn't, then 5 min after unpacking got the opportunity to move and grabbed it, then bucket of bubbles on top. Small balcony but hey, our balcony over looking the water with bubbles, fantastic and unexpected. Fantastic staff, fantastic area and food, breakfast views fantastic and rugs for evening sit outside. We were going into Verona, advised by staff not to go as most places shut that day,wait 2 days and less tourists, great advise . In the mean time we had the caravan truck markets to keep us busy. So great a time we didn't get to the fort. When we left the staff apologised for there poor English, hello we're in Italy, we are the ones to apologise. We had great time, great location, very very relaxing, nothing a problem. Free parking a bonus, in the owners garage"

"Fantastic food, gelato, views and service! I have been eating at Miralago for 8 years now. Each time I come to Torri del Benaco, i go there multiple times. The food is delicious, you Must try the Pollo Milanese made by Chef Pisa! The Schiattiata Estate with extra garlic is also one of my favorites. Sitting on the deck literally over the water of Lake Garda provides fantastic views of the lake and the mountains, as well as the nearby castle. And you can't leave without having 2 scoops of the best gelato made right on the premises! There are so many delicious flavors it is almost impossible to choose! So what's the answer? Get 2 or 3 scoops and avoid the decision. My favorites are Nocciola, Mango, Bacio, and Cookie. But each night I have a new flavor. It's a gastronomic adventure, trying a giant scoop of something I haven't had before. The staff at Miralago is beyond compare. The owner Nicola is young and full of energy and he has hired a staff that takes care of your every request. If you need something, seek out Mauro who will see that it is taken care of immediately. I cannot say enough about this restaurant. The food is excellent and is priced right, the menu has something for everybody, and there is service with true sincerity. "This review is unfortunate. The outside of the restaurant is nice and servers seem lovely also. I ordered a white wine chicken dish and instead of mash potato, I asked for fries instead. When the food arrived the chicken was very greasy and bland. I should have mentioned this to our waiter sooner. When I did explain this to our waiter, he said “ok”, there was no attempt to resurrect the situation. When the bill arrived the total for my dish was €19, €5 for the fries (which I assumed would be swapped for the potato) and €14 for the chicken. When I queried this with the waiter he politely said I should have said this sooner which I accept however I feel that €19 for very poor food and with no effort to make amends when he was informed is unacceptable."
