I had the best pistachio ice cream I have ever tasted at this restaurant. Their white cookie dough is amazing as well! The staff is welcoming and the overall experience was lovely.

I visited with friends after going out for dinner. The ice cream was delicious and staff were very friendly, but the music was way too loud and we were seated right under the speaker!

My friend and I both ordered cookie dough at the restaurant, but unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with the quality. It was overloaded with sugar and chocolate, and it didn't even resemble traditional cookie dough. As a result, I ended up with severe diarrhea, and my friend is currently hospitalized in shock. Rude and disrespectful manager, was screaming at us and incredibly rude the moment we came in, told us to get out multiple times and when we asked for a refund she tricked us intentionally and charged us twice. Was rude and harassed and threatened us not to come back. I was very close to calling the police on her. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!

I highly recommend this restaurant! The desserts are delicious, especially the cookie dough that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My boys loved the brownie dream and oreo milkshake, which were the best in town. The friendly staff surprised me with their warm, welcoming, and friendly attitude. They gave us plenty of time to order, and the kids loved the seating area.

We booked our table for Saturday at 2pm, 10 people, for my son 's 6th birthday.Some of the party couldn 't make it in time so they kept our table and moved the booking 1 hour later. Once sat down, the treatz were amazing, the team went above and beyond to make us have a great experience, which we had...cake, candles, treatz mascot, was perfect!Thank you so much! our new favourite place Speisekarte ansehen

Have ordered online several times before and been very pleased with the service and the food. Sadly this was not the case this time, the delivery took a lot longer than quoted and this would not have been a problem......but ! The delivery arrived on a bicycle and both puddings and ice cream shakes were mostly melted. Surely for frozen food, a bicycle delivery is not ideal unless you are very close ? Don't think I will use Treatz again :

One of the employees was really rude I’m usually a fan of treats however this time around I was actually shocked from the way she served the food to the way she addressed us the parlour was practically empty however she made us sit right by the toilet and yet let another couple sit further in we only wanted to sit where we don’t see the employees come and go out of the toilet yet she was so rude now was this a race thing I’m not sure however I won’t be eating there if I see the same employee next time around

Went in to get some family treats to take away, ordered a ferro Roche Milkshake, it tasted nothing like Ferro Roche, I asked politely if they could add another one as they had only Put two in and everywhere else has always put 3 in, and I would pay extra, but I got a massive mouthful back from I assume the manager, I asked for a refund and again another mouthful. Ended a really lovely Family evening with me in tears from the way she spoke to me, with no shake no refund and “told off”. If I could rate 0 I would.
