On an afternoon walk I decided to stop in at the Yard for a quick cocktail.

Popped in for a quick pint since the weather was nice and it's a lovely place.

This bar takes me straight back to being a student We came here after going to the fireworks at Alexandra Palace.

This pub restaurant is excellent, with delicious food and a dining room and covered courtyard just a short walk from Alexandre Park.

We hosted an event here in the yard, everything from start to finish was excellent. Competitively priced, excellent food, amazing staff. I would highly, highly recommend.

Sunday lunch at this restaurant may not be excellent, but the service is great. The beef is fried delicately and the vegetables are well cooked. The tables are nicely spaced out and there is a good selection of beer and wine. Instead of indulgent desserts, simplicity is enjoyed. There is a lot of competition in the area, but this place stands out as the best.

We sat outside in the courtyard with beautifully angled lights and tinted tea lights, creating a very inviting atmosphere. The heaters helped keep us warm as we waited for our menus, which pleasantly surprised us with pheasant as an option. I ordered the pheasant and it exceeded my expectations, cooked to perfection and needing no additional seasoning. The extensive wine list also impressed us, and our meals arrived in a timely manner and looked and tasted amazing. This dining experience was truly a pleasant surprise.
