Have not being for long time so when I did go the decoration and vibes was great Service and Food was good Very nice

We visited for Sunday brunch with family. Enjoyed the chefs table and the roast was great. We all enjoyed our visit. Would definitely return. We had a voucher and I also had a discount for being a leisure club member

Lovely room and well received by front of house. Starters were good and the meat on the main meal (roast beef dinner) was very good but potatoes and veg lacked taste. No desserts was disappointing but made do with a muffin. Speisekarte ansehen

The service and food were excellent so enjoyed dining in the restaurant. Just a shame that the food took quite a while to come out and we had to chase the staff on this matter. There were not many diners as we had booked towards the end of the evening so really more than a 20 minute wait was a bit excessive.

Great food but the tables and floor were dirty. The sport on the big screen TV was way too loud and service was non existent. We were told to order at the bar and no one even came round to check if everything was ok after we had been served. On a plus note the meal was very good but I would t return based on the service and ambiance.

I used to expect a satisfying Sunday carvery at this restaurant, but it has now changed for the worse. The atmosphere is extremely large and loud, with too many tables crammed together. The food quality has declined, with the meat being very dry. There is no option for different desserts, only whatever is being served that day. We used to frequently visit this restaurant for their Sunday carvery, so we were taken aback to discover that they no longer offer it and instead have switched to a menu-based food selection. The food was still delicious and presented beautifully, but the children were disappointed to not have the carvery option. Despite the loud atmosphere due to a Rugby game showing, we will likely return, although not as often since the carvery was a special occasion for our family.

We had a reservation for 7 o'clock, but when we arrived, no tables were available, even though there were at least 10-12 empty tables in the restaurant. We ended up having to eat much earlier than planned. The food arrived quickly and the burgers were decent, but they were overpriced. My wife ordered the steak and it was terrible. No one came to our table to check on our meal. When we mentioned the steak was terrible at the payment, the staff simply said "thanks" and moved on. We had to wait about 40 minutes at the table after we finished eating, even though the restaurant was not very busy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and ruined our daughter's birthday meal.

we have booked for a night as a new year contract as we had bought the £50 voucher for £25. the restaurant was busy when we arrived, but were immediately shown on our table. the waiter was very nice, although we had to hunt him for a drink, as we had waited for over 10 minutes. we ordered drinks and eat at the same time as we were ready to order. the food arrived in good time and I must say we were very impressed by eating it was nice and we both enjoy our meal very much. the atmosphere was not what they would expect from a hotel. there was a series of clientels that were constantly in and out of the fire exit, which was very annoying as it was very cold when they left the door open to allow...
