If you are lucky enough to be serve by Mauro, he will guide you to every wine cheese and cold cut from name, characteristics, taste and everything you need to know about every single product he proudly serves to the point of giving you the name of the guy who is the producer. Best place for you to have an aperitif Prosecco macchiato (Mauro’s recipe) or just to sit down to enjoy a great Tuscan wine!

If you ever travel to Arezzo in Italy, be sure to dine once in this place. The place lies in a historical area, not fancy but matches the environment. There we, me and my wife, enjoyed a light dinner of selected cheese, anchovies, variety of bread and meat. You may also wish to have wine, they offer a selection of special wines both old and recent. Only two waiters are serving this place, both are very knowledgeable and will go into every single detail regarding your choices. They even would recommend for you a full menu including drinks, entrees and main course. The hospitality is also incredible. We really enjoyed our dinner there.

We stayed at the Bib Arezzo so spent quite a bit of time in the Piazza San Gusto. We found the Piazza to be a friendly place, busy with locals who were friendly and accepting to us strangers. On our last night in the wonderful little town of Arezzo we chose to eat at the Cinema am 10. What a wise choice we made! Our waiter took time and effort to go through the extensive menu dish by dish to give us the best chance of making an informed choice. We shared a plate of smoked trout carpaccio. This went down a treat as did our mixed salami and cheese plate. This included a hand carved aged prosciutto, mortadella and a really dark strong salami. The cheeses were pecorino and provolone.
