Great selection of tasty, well presented food. Waiter was helpful and service was quick. Can highly recommend lunch or dinner here on a rainy day!

We were seduced by the antiques and architecture of the restaurant. Shared cheese plate, roasted vegetables and the beef. Our waitress was top notch and the wine a bottle of "Walden" 2014 was awesome.

I've made a reservation on their site and received an email confirming it for today (Sunday, March 12, at 1:30 pm). However, when I arrived there around 1:20 it was closed! Never received at least an email to explain was it was closed and why, being closed on Sunday for lunch, the accepted my reservation!

I don't say that lightly - we speak French but many of the intricacies of the menu were foreign to us. The waiter happily switched to English and explained the details. We had the pork (raised and fed only nuts!) and veal. Both were amazing. The service was excellent and the music mix was a eclectic mix of wonderful tunes. Highly recommend!! Speisekarte ansehen

Worth the find, this place had a lovely warm atmosphere. We enjoyed the food and shared the beef for two, which really could have fed three. The wait staff were very friendly and spoke English. Only downside was that there could be more wait staff as they were run off their feet serving people which meant service was a bit slow.Definitely would go back.

This is a great spot right by Bastille, with friendly waiters, a warm ambiance and reasonable prices. The Malbec Argentine wine is one of the better priced wines available. If the brioche perdue is on the dessert menu, choose it. Heavenly! My only gripe is that the service is very, very relaxed. Not ideal if you are in a hurry, but acceptable if you have time to kill.

When we arrived in Paris a couple of weeks ago, we were saddened to find our lovely old standby, Vins des Pyrenees, apparently closed for good.However, today we happened to meet the wonderful new proprietor, Florian, as he entered the restaurant. A generous and energetic man, he happily gave us a tour of the space that is being completely remodeled. He shared with us his exciting plans for retaining the beautiful ambience of this space, while creating an exciting new convivial environment.
