Wagamama - Speisekarte

Located near Old Windsor Station, this restaurant had a great location. It was quite busy on a Thursday night, but the staff were efficient and friendly. The steak dishes with soba noodles were delicious.

After spending the morning exploring Windsor, we decided to stop by this restaurant for a tasty lunch. Surprisingly, it wasn't too crowded for a Wagamama's. My husband tried the hot Chicken Katsu curry for the first time and we had a good laugh watching him struggle with the spiciness. Overall, another enjoyable meal from Wagamama as always.

Came for dinner at around 8, food was nice, but service very slow, had to keep asking for the same thing like water, tea, and co workers having an argument right next to us not very professional, when told bad service they say it’s a new chef and they have a blocked sink!! We had a fantastic evening at Wagamama's with some friends. The exceptional service provided by two wonderful waiters, Tom and Hamza, made our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this spot, as the atmosphere is welcoming, the food is delicious, and the service provided by Tom and Hamza was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Usually love Wagamamas. But my food came out REALLY cold. (I don't just mean it wasn't piping hot. I mean it felt like they'd taken the chicken and prawns out of a fridge. It took a while to get someone's attention to let them know. They offered to make a fresh one, but by this point my partner had already long finished his and I just wanted to leave. It's really put me off going again.

I had just flown into UK on 11 hour flight and the nice hotel where I was staying had super grumpy staff in their restaurant so I went and got take out from Wagamama. I ordered the shu 's 'shiok ' chicken. Staff here were friendly and I sat at a table waiting for my takeout which I ate back at my hotel. It was super delicious, still quite hot after a 10 min walk, and everything was fresh, flavorful and delicious. Speisekarte ansehen

My friend and I arrived, were seated and given menues. We made our decisions and then spent around 10 minutes trying to get the waitress' attention to order our food. At one point she said she would be with us in a second. Two others arrived and were seated and got to order. We were beginning to think we had turned invisble. After having waited for ten minutes we stood up and left. Worst possible service. If I could I would give grade 0.

Incredibly upset with our visit to this restaurant. We have been a few times and it’s usually a safe spot for me. As a vegan I love that wagamamas has such a wide range. Unfortunately on this occasion my dish (tofu hotpot) had shreds of chicken at the bottom. I am appalled! This was raised to staff who confirmed that it was chicken with the kitchen. For a company that claims to be so vegan friendly to have one of their restaurants be so careless has ruined the experience. I won’t ever feel confident eating at this chain again.

Walked in for a family meal after visiting the theatre, arriving early evening. Waiting at the front desk to be seated and we were not acknowledged by any of the staff. At least five of the team walked past the three of us to go from one dining room to the other without being acknowledged, and on each occasion the team memebe was empty handed which made it look terrible. Explained to the team member that we were just about to walk out, and she did apologise and explain they were busy. Service afterwards was okay, not great.
