We come regularly for breakfast and are never disappointed the food is always very good the queue to order is quick moving and the food is quick to be brought to your table

We had a wonderful experience with the afternoon tea in the walled garden. There was a great variety of food options and the desserts were especially delicious. The service was excellent and we definitely plan on coming back. Thank you!

The restauarnt has expanded a great deal over past years It has both indoor and outdoor seating . It has undergone a lot of renovations and is a pleasnt place to spend lunchtime.. Best garden centre in Yorkshire Why are there such dreadful people on here !!! It’s not right or accurate We are so lucky to live near this lovely place and would highly recommend both the food at the restaurants and the quality plants at the garden centre We have bought loads of plants over the years for our cottage garden

I had a club sandwich with bacon, chicken, egg, mayonnaise, and salad. It was bland and soggy, possibly due to the egg mayonnaise. The chips were disappointing and didn't taste right, possibly because of old oil. The cappuccino was okay, and the raspberry scone was good. Overall, I felt like we wasted £32 on two sandwiches and two drinks, which was not cheap.

Visited The Walled Garden on the August Bank Holiday Monday with my family during lunch time. As you'd expect the place was heaving, with a long queue for each of the serving areas. Despite the chaos, staff were smiling, engaged in a really friendly way with my 4yo, and the food was quick and tasted great. Received a voucher and Booked in here for an afternoon tea, was expecting to be in the main restaurant, but much to our surprise we where taken to a separate more relaxed building at the far side of the main building. There was relaxing music and a nice ambiance. The service was excellent and couldn’t be faulted. The food was also very nice and not overwhelming in quantity like a lot nowadays Would definitely go again thoroughly enjoyed it

Called in to walled restaurant after ordering beautiful Christmas tree , I had ham and cheese toastie with side salad , it was delicious , husband ordered Yorkshire pudding filled with rich beef stew unfortunately it was quite cold so I took it back and they changed it for a fresh one which was hot and really good , had strawberry gateau and coffee (well it was nearly Christmas !! the cake and coffees were delicious , this place remains our favourite place to pop in to for a quick bite , also the staff are always lovely and helpful .

We visited The Walled Garden for afternoon tea and had a wonderful experience. When I called to make a reservation, the staff were very accommodating and helpful in accommodating our preferences. My husband is a vegetarian and I am quite picky, but they were able to find items that we both enjoyed. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely and the service from the staff was warm and welcoming. The sandwiches were fresh and filled with delicious ingredients, the scones were excellent, and the trifle and desserts were both visually appealing and delicious.
