Watch House - Speisekarte

a great little caffe on the beach, which offers indoor and fully covered seating for the winter months. a fine selection of cake and a great place to stop for a snack.

All you want to do is feel that you matter and are important. We were lucky that we got in as they are having developments done and down to 1/2 capacity. The staff are excellent, they just need more. The food is excellent worth the...visit. Will be back.

Arrived at 11.24 for breakfast and they squeezed us in before the 11.30 cut off time. Good quality food well presented. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice seating area for a cold winter’s morning. The sides come off and I bet it will be really...nice in the summer too. Speisekarte ansehen

we were first at 10 o'clock on East Sunday. the service, eating and coffee were all great. in west bay there are cheaper restaurants, but I think the watch house is worth the extra money. really dog friendly also, they bought free. dog cookies for the dogs while we were there.

coffee good, service good, food average, ordered sausage and a bagel bagel was dry and eating did not see fresh bus station caffe quality! from this type of facility/place they would expect local/organic products and for them to see this look. cakes. very limited to the choice, her sister of the hive at burton bradstock is much better.

We were served by a woman who made us feel as if we were bothering her just being there. Didn't smile once, didn't check how our food was, walked past us when we were leaving without eye contact we felt most unwelcome. The food...was nice but really spoilt by the atmosphere. This was a reunion of families who've suffered a dreadful tragedy, so please err on the side of kindness, give us attentive service and above all SMILE. Speisekarte ansehen

£75 for two fish and chip meals which were nice but the brisket sandwich had a hair in and the crab sandwich barely had any crab in, just a basic salad on the side and a vinegary coleslaw and had huge chunks of shell which...was surprising as there was so little crab! They’d run out of three things on the menu and it was only 1pm! Didn’t want to complain but when we told the waitress she said, oh OK I’ll tell the chef, that’l be £70!!

Really friendly and efficient staff. The menu and food has really gone downhill. Gone are the interesting and seasonal fish dishes, in are the adequate but uninteresting pizzas. I think what bothered me most was that one staff member was assembling pizza with very long...hair not tied back and could easily fall into the food. We also noted that another staff member came to help with the pizzas , hands were not washed and she then added toppings with her bare hands, no apron or gloves. I think this was what bothered me the most. A visit here was always an occasion and one to recommend to friends and family, not now I’m afraid.

I visited the watch in west bay for a brief bite to eat. First off the food is excellent and there is a good range of food to choice from. The location is stunning. It is honestly so nice to sit there by the sea...whilst eating. Charlie. I hope he does get recognised for his hard work. First off his smile made me feel very welcome and you can tell he had a keen interest into helping me and the family out. He was very informative of the specials on and placed us in a nice area. We had a little joke, and he was very sweet towards me and my little girl and of course the other family. He told me what dishes to have as I didn’t know what to choice from.
