Great fishmonger and butcher and cheese shop, but pricey I would recommend to only buy brands you know or have sampled.. avoid ready made in house food it’s extremely over priced and often tasteless, homemade guacamole salsa are mostly not ripe and go off quickly!

It used to be excellent. Now it is Tasteless with Undercooked Rice and a Poor Selection of dishes. If there is short supply of ingredients due to Christmas, they should not serve. I expect it was left overs from another day warmed up. Tasted like that to me and it was very expensive. Never to be repeated.

My experience at Whole Foods in December was disappointing. I had soup in the morning, but it seemed like it was not freshly made, as it was watery and hot water may have been added. I also purchased two types of falafel last week - the original and kale ones, both of which were too salty and not very healthy.

We love this place, there's nothing quite like it. All the best independent niche brands are here. The store is vast and even has herbs grown there on site! Everything is there salads, cakes, hot food, sandwiches, drinks, breads, etc. Doing a full shop there would be quite expensive, but it's fab for an occasional treat with some quality produce.

Luke warm expensive tasteless rip off. Just because it’s in Richmond they feel they can take you for a fool . People will only pay good money for good products . This was an awful canteen experience at best, and to be honest my school canteen was far better. Sit down area is a shambles that you pay more for . Staff have no real clue but seem to be nice. There are far better eatery’s close by that serve real fresh food at quality for less . Do not waste your time or money .

Have written a formal complaint to Head Office about the horrifically rude blonde 'American ' blonde staff member in 'Wellness and Beauty '. As a longstanding almost daily customer. Wholefoods staff are, frankly hit and miss with both politeness and customer service. But this woman was unforgivably atrocious. Literally getting in my faceand being actively hostile and appallingly rude. The thousands of pounds we spend here each year, will now be spent in Waitrose. Atrocious!

Whole Foods is an amazing place to explore, shop, and dine! There are endless options and opportunities to try something different with a wide variety of hot and cold food available from the hot counter, fresh salads, and sushi. They also have a cafe and bakery on the premises. The two-floor store offers a wide range of products to purchase. Every time I visit, I discover something new. It's a great destination for those looking to experiment with new foods, cater to specific dietary needs, or break away from the typical chain restaurants on the main street.

Visited this restaurant with my wife. After ordering and paying for our food we discovered that all of the seats in the restaurant were taken apart from the near empty staff section. My wife who has Ms and uses a walking stick decided to sit in the staff section because she was tired. Two ignorant members of staff kicked her out of the area despite being told about her condition. Luckily a couples of stools by the window eventually became available and we sat down. Our bad experience didn’t end there I bought a sparkling water from whole foods but when I ask them to supply a cup they wanted to charge me for a cheap plastic cup. I want to write this review because I am a regular customer of WFM in Richmond and the last visit was very remarkable because me and my partner are trying to avoing single use plastic where possible and when we asked at the lady at the meat/fish counter (Yanola if I remember well, sorry for any spelling mistake) if they could accept customers container to put food inside. She was so kind that all my fears of annoying her have been blown away with her amazing customer service! She explained us kindly that when the pandemic emergency will be over they will be able to accept customers containers again.
