Very good homemade soups and other dishes. We ate sandwiches what were filled with lamb, it was delicious. If you visit mercato centrale, you better visit here!

Been visiting Katja for many years now for her spicy home made goulash. It’s good market stall food at a fraction of restaurant prices. Look forward to our next visit when we can return

We were on our way to our flat and quite hungry. Katja's Wurstelland had a good menu of options from the bruschetta a to tasty soups and roast chicken and French fries. Service with a smile I will come back for the sausages ! Speisekarte ansehen

stopped for a late lunch on a cold day. we got the soups. my wife's seafood soup was excellent as was the chicken soup my kids got. I got the lampradetta sandwich and a kostriker schwartzbier. what a lunch! I would definitely recommend to give them a try.

After breakfast of cappacino and croissant everyday. Try something different with this tastety German breakfast place at the market. All home made, the lady was very inviting and have us tried her home made soup which was very good. We sat down for a quick breakfast with the German breakfast sandwich, and a couple of soups, all were very good!

This small, one woman operated restaurant, serving quite a lot varieties of food. Mostly German and Italian. We like the steak as it tender and big enough for 1 person for a €9. If it not big enough, you should try her 500gr steak. Aside from steak she serves several types of soup, seafood platter, sausages and chicken. All at the reasonable price. Three of us, senior women, visited Mercato Centrale in Florence and loved it. Enter the opposite entrance of the entrance where all the outside vendors share their tents Right inside the door is Katja's Wurstel Land, a small eating area with counter and stools, providing one of the best meals we enjoyed in Florence: a large bowl of homemade split pea soup wtih homemade polish sausage, a bagette and a coke, all at a minimal cost and absolutely delicious, hot serving--outstanding. We enjoyed visiting with Katja who speaks fluent English and provides a clean, efficient area, a small, but wonderful menu with a variety of soups and homemade sausages, (you can order 1/2 sandwich and bowl of soup),...
