This location is CLOSED. The restaurant is no longer here but instead, it's OXBO. We were very much looking forward to some Chinese food after a long trip and extremely disappointed.

Besides the extremely spicy hot soup hot and sour , overly priced, extremely salty and unflavored food nothing else to comment or spend time on this review. Truly a waist of money, half of craft of white wine and 4 appetizers 110 pounds, which equals to $176.

Ordered Tim Kai soup, mushrooms, egg noodles, and king pao shrimp. All was good. Well prepared. Decently seasoned. The soup was very good. Service was extremely attentive. Atmosphere was nice. Didn't blow me away but for an airport hotel restaurant, it hit the spot.

The restaurant first class, comfortable in the same Hilton we were at, the host was very accommodating as he made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions. The meals from the mango prawns to the crabmeat soup, the steamed vegetable salad and the fish, seabass all excellent.

The only thing more outstanding than the food is the service. If you need to stay near London Heathrow and you can't make up your mind which hotel to chooe, the chance to eat at this restaurant should be more than reason to choose to stay at the London Heathrow Hilton at terminal 4. p.s. Do yourself a favor and order the crispy duck with pancake and plum sauce.

Stopped in here before heading to bed tonight and we were pleasantly surprised. Service was outstanding and the fried rice and crispy beef hit the spot nicely. You take a few steps down and the atmosphere is very authentic. The dim sum was also excellent. I would highly recommend this if you stay at the Hilton in terminal 4, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I don't write reviews but this restaurant is by far the best Chinese food I have ever tasted. The only thing better than the food is the excellent service led by Michael and the manager. I once stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and literally ate here every night...literally. If you are ever in London and love Chinese cuisine, make the effort to get here. You will thank me later.

After a long flight from California this was a treat. I would suggest staying at the Hilton or making this final meal before leaving the country or even making it a meal during a long layover if you do not have lounge access. I ordered way too much but I was very happy with my choices. I had some dim sum to start with. They were steamed very well with the filling bring the Chinese flair I have enjoyed on the past. The next was the crispy duck. Wow.... It's still something I talk about as the best duck ever and this review is a few years late. : The skin was very crispy and the meat was still juicy and and a thin layer of duck fat. It is still the best and I try to find the same in the Chines...

Of the 3 restaurants hosted by the LHR T4 Hilton, this one is the best of the bunch. Well executed, refined Chinese cuisine definitely not your typical fried rice/lo mein oil and soy sauce laden fare. And thank goodness! There's plenty of that sort around, so why settle for it on your last night in the UK before heading overseas? Zen's menu is large and mouth watering, and great to share family style if you're among family, friends, or colleagues. But I've dined here many times alone and learned that the best way to enjoy Zen is to partake of its extensive appetizers and have a dim sum or tapas like meal. Trust me go with a selection of their terrific apps over entrees. This visit I had: sal...
