Good food, not long to wait for food. Easy to book a table for a pre concert meal.

Booked on Opentable for 7 people. Turned up and they said they didn’t receive our booking and it was Open Tables issue. Terrible service as we were not offered any alternatives.

The starter- cheese, was lovely. The beef brisket was more like a bolognese which was not what was expected and the potatos with the chicken tasted like they were fried in lemon. The cocktails tasted like there was no alcohol and were watered down. Wouldn’t recommend.

I stopped by for a quick meal before a show. We received a warm welcome and were seated promptly, even though the restaurant was quite busy. The food arrived promptly and was beautifully presented, and the quality was excellent. We definitely plan to come back, but we're excited to hear that a new restaurant will be opening in Solihull. It was very noisy, and not a lot of waiting staff, my friend had a mushroom risotto which she didn’t eat, said was very bland and had no taste, nobody came to check if our meals were ok until they cleared the plates by that time it was too late, we weren’t offered any money back just if my friend would like anything else which she said no as we’d all finished.

Management had no idea how to greet guests dining at the restaurant, lack of engagement/disregarding whom ever he interacted with. As a whole the restaurant seemed very understaffed (don’t take my word for it). However they all appeared overwhelmed (apart from 2/3), lack of training among the team. Food was very very bland. We specifically asked for a Bruschetta without Parmesan, listed on the menu (therefore we knew to ask). It arrived with Parmesan TWICE! Eventually we were brought a Bruschetta with a tiny amount of Tomato Dressing. Made for a distressing date night Location is lovely, overlooking canal looks great at night!

Hello, I came to Zizzis yesterday evening with my work colleagues as our Christmas meal. I called beforehand and the woman I spoke to was very helpful confirmed I could extend our booking from 8 to 12 people which I greatly appreciated. When we got there the booking could not be found, causing me stress with everyone else when in fact it was there all along and the person at the front didn’t look properly. Once we were seated we were given our waiter for the evening who unfortunately was not helpful in any way at all. We ordered two portions of olives, only one appeared.
