Me and my husband waited for 5/10min at reception. Noone served us even though we made table booking before hand

We went to Zizzi as my dining companion is vegan and had read about the vegan menu. She was delighted with the food and I loved my non-vegan pizza so was a great night!

Had wildboar meatball pasta, which was delicious. My partners pizza was crispy deep filled with a choice of customised ingredients. He really enjoyed it. Our starter of cheese fondue garlic bread was perfectly nice as well. Didn’t have space for desserts... Speisekarte ansehen

Rather dark and dreary interior. Shown to a table (reserved) that was clearly too close to neighbouring tables for comfort. I haven't eaten here for years, but I seem to remember it being smarter. Service was swift and efficient and the food was well cooked and tasty.

Confirmation via Open Table had not reached Zizi. Had it not because of our hostess (Maria if Im correctly recollecting her name) we probably would have been declined (or delayed fo sure as there was a lot of traffics/walk ins) our family dinner plans. I have been using Open T for sometime, but wasn't impressed this time around.

easy accounting process. ready for us when we arrive a little early. service very friendly and very fast. eat generally well, although my sea bass was a little dry (and I noticed that another customer sent her back from the same ground) overall, very pleasant experience. they have eaten there several times and it is always a pleasure to return. separate in the quality of food. calamari clearly frozen tasted like rubber. Teig balls that came with the cheese fondue were not baked in the middle and still sticky teig causing bad bauch the whole night. service was not great waitress spoke not much English (I have an allergy to petersilie, she didn't know what that was.) we ordered first and she said she would come back to get our order for the net, but also after we had finished the appetizers she hadn't returned, we ordered our main after we had eaten our appetizer. were all glad to finally leave and skipped dessert! not as I remember zizzi’s!

Disappointed in quality of food. Calamari clearly frozen tasted like rubber. Dough balls that came with the cheese fondue were not baked in the middle and still sticky dough causing poor tummy all night. Service wasn't great waitress didn't speak much English (I have an allergy to parsley, she didn't know what that was). We ordered starters first and she said she'd come back to get our order for the mains, however even after we had finished the starters she hadn't come back so we ordered our mains after having eaten our starter.
