"We started our meal with delicious canapes of Beef ragu saffron arancini and Tomato bruschetta. For starters, options included Goat's cheese tortellini soup, Loch Fyne scallops, and Super Food Salad. The scallops were beautifully prepared with celeriac, apple, and hazelnuts, while the Salad featured quinoa, beetroot, feta cheese, and broccoli. Both dishes were flavorful and set a great tone for the rest of our meal.
For our main courses, my guest chose the Stuffed chicken breast with tomatoes, potatoes, spinach, and a tomato jus. I opted for the perfectly cooked Salmon fillet accompanied by leeks, new potatoes, and spinach. The Mushroom ravioli was also available as a vegetarian option. Our desserts, Chocolate mousse with salted caramel ice cream and Apple tart with strawberries, ice cream, and shortbread, were the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.
The quality of the food, the inviting ambiance, and the attentive service all contributed to making our dining experience at Peridot truly exceptional."
