"My husband and loved (past tense) this place. We visit most times we are in Sale shopping. We always have the same pizza, Mexicana, as we absolutely love it. The pizzas and Italian cakes we find very authentic and the best pizza bases around. However, we haven’t been in for a while but yesterday my son and I went in for a quick bite to eat after visiting my husband in hospital. How disappointing. The pizza was as tasty as usual but very skimpy on the topping. I decided to get a slice of cake each for me and my son to take out and some cannoli (my husband’s favourite) to take to him as a nice treat. I was shocked when I got home and took out the cake and cannoli. The chocolate fudge cake must have been sliced with a razor blade. The two slices together would not have made one of their original slices, it was dry and stale and at £3.10 per slice daylight robbery. The cannoli was only a third the original size and even at 3 pieces for the price of 2 at £3.00 was a rip-off. I understand that businesses are finding it difficult and are having to make savings but they still need customers. We are all finding it difficult and yesterday was what is now, for us as pensioners, a rare treat and one I won’t be repeating, at almost £32, I’ll take my custom elsewhere, sorry."

"Came in for a meal after a trip to trafford Centre. Really fast service, nice food, decent prices. Kids meals are a very generous size, even the smaller bites! Love that they gave kids colouring sets and also really liked that steak was on the kids menu, I’ve got a 5 year old who is a huge fan of steak but normally can’t order it as a child. Only thing I didn’t like was the strawberry and lime ice cream cake because it tasted like a frozen cheesecake but that’s down to personal preference. "Downloaded the app. Nothing worked. Ordered at the bar, paid £2.25 extra for beef on my burrito bowl. When it came out, there was literally 5g of beef and sauce added to the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen. The bowl itself was fine. But if I had paid just £10 for the bowl itself, as standard, I would have been furious. But then having paid £2.25 for an extra 5g of beef. After asking for an opinion from the staff (who were extremely helpful), it sounded like they either agreed and didn’t want to comment, or didn’t really know what a standard protein portion on a standard meal should be. Ground beef is cheap. Slow cooked ground beef is low maintenance, cheap easy to prepare. My concerns about the portion sizes were confirmed when I was brought out a 2nd portion of the beef… which appeared to be no more than 10g of beef (if you were being generous), and a lot of sauce. For context. At home, you could make 500g of the same thing for around £5.00… and as a business, buying at wholesale, bulk prices, you can make it a lot cheaper. So even if you were serving a standard portion of protein 20 30g for an adult you’d still make money, if you were buying wagyu ground beef from waitrose. If you are looking for decent food… give this one a miss. The service and drinks are all standard for a chain pub, its just the food that is a scam. Staff were 10/10 though, and brought me out a 2nd portion, with no drama. But even 2 portions of that beef wasn’t really enough protein for an adult. And there was far too much sauce to cover the fact that there was hardly any beef"

"Wow what a difference in customer service, in comparison to the Hourglass at Piccadilly.. I popped in Here for lunch as I had a cheque of £35 to use from Trg Concessions , after an appalling service in Hourglass at Piccadilly Train Station.. The food here does not offer homemade burgers but Italian food. Approaching the Italianesque restaurants, we were greeted and seated outside with great enthusiasm. I could not fault the level of care from beginning to end. Even the manageress came out several times to ensure everything was okay. To start we chose the garlic bread to share accompanied by mushrooms rissoto balls. I have to say this was surprisingly one of the best garlic pizza breads I have had. The base was light and airy with lots of garlic...nom! The risotto balls were tasty , firm on the outside and soft and ricey in the middle. The Mains where everything drops slightly in wow factor. It is rare I choose a veggie dish, but I decided on the butternut squash with pine nuts, and my companion the chicken scallops. The presentation was not great , and mine was just a roast butternut squash, no hidden surprises and a bland salad to match..also not enough pine nuts! The chicken was also apparently bland and very dry... The Peroni was good to wash this down..Overall I think this place is a tad pricey in reflection to what you receive. If they offered the same quality and variety of food as the Hourglass but maintain the high level of customer care this would easily be a 4 star place."

"[READ THIS IF YOU DON 'T WANT TO WASTE MONEY) You definitely feel thirsty after the meal as the food are oily and salty. Food quality are bad, not traditional Thai food. No service at all. The staff just ignore my desk as we finished our dish, no one come and clear our table. Poor Service! One more note, make sure to check the bill as they include service charge in the bill. The all you can eat just cost £19.9 per each but they input £1 additional service charge per head in the bill, which is £20.9. When we questioned the staff what is happening, they said this is a optional service charge and we have a choice to not pay the £1 per head. This made me consider the waitress is untruthfulness which mandatory the guest to pay for it. Very very disappointed experience. I definitely won 't eat this shop as there are lots of choice in Trafford Centre."

"Went here today with a friend had a lovely afternoon . It was St Patrick's Day they had put on some entertainment made the effort for St Patrick's. Chris who works behind the bar is top drawer great to go to...a pub with staff as friendly helpful has he is. Will defo go back just to say hi to Chris for one enjoy a great day or evening surrounded by good company. If you go there look for Chris give him a big tip . "This is one of the age old places where the terminology of what 's good is good thoroughly applies. The restaurant sits in probably not the most desirable area of Manchester. There is no fancy interior greeting the patrons, and fipperies are limited to napkins with your meal. BUT and it is a capitalised enormous BUT, the food here is truly phenomenal. The lamb tagine is the best you 'll eat this side of anywhere. Note how I didn 't refer the morroco here, because the tagine here is better than any I had in morroco. The bread is beautifully rustic, and everything is served hot, and with a smile. Highly highly recommended to those people who appreciate the food above everything else, because nothing else really matters."

"Oh dear. A COVID nightmare here. No one at the door to make sure people had masks on and were using sanitiser. After ordering we were all squeezed into a narrow channel to wait for our order. Tables had debris on them and I did not see anyone cleaning or sanitising tables as they were vacated. This meant that different groups were touching and moving on possibly infected tables. Won’t go back here until the crises is over."

"Ordered large chips which were quite a small portion, would hate to see what a small portion looked like. Kebab was not great at all, paid 60p extra for a naan bread and when it arrived it came on a wrap that you 'd buy from the shops in packs of 8!! Peri Peri sauce was the best thing about the lot, hence the 2nd star but even that comes ready made. Been before and burgers are OK, but it 's a burger at the end of the day. "Went to the store today around 16:30 ordered fish and chips. They said it would be 5 mins. I was on a call so waited outside was the only customer in the shop. "Fantastic restaurant. Table 10 is an absolute gem of a restaurant right in the heart of Sale. The blackboard menu changes on a daily basis and always includes a fabulous selection of mouth watering dishes that will tingle your tastebuds. "Ordered online via justeat. Within 10 minutes, I received a call asking me for my phone number; so I asked for confirmation that they had received the order and had the delivery address which they confirmed they did. The girl on the phone asked if I wanted to speak to the manager. The manager/ supervisor repeatedly asked for my phone number without any explanation as to why they needed it (probably so they can harass me with marketing text messages) other than “we need it for the order”. I declined to provide it, so he asked if I still wanted the order which I confirmed I did. The order then arrived over 1 hour after the order was placed, only for the driver to then say he had the wrong order and said he’d need to return to the shop (which is less than 2 miles away) and collect the correct order. Finally, around 20 minutes later the driver returned with the correct order apologising. The order was over £47.00 and other than an apology from the driver who appeared flustered and busy, there was a no discount for the inconvenience. It would have been cheaper and less hassle to visit a restaurant. Takeaway is meant to be more convenient."

We ate both steaks, which were well cooked and came with chips, heaps etc. the standard of the service was excellent and nothing was a problem for the young ladies who take care of us. they kept us well supplied with drinks and we really enjoyed the experience. thanks for a nice night."
