"Came in for a meal after a trip to trafford Centre. Really fast service, nice food, decent prices. Kids meals are a very generous size, even the smaller bites! Love that they gave kids colouring sets and also really liked that steak was on the kids menu, I’ve got a 5 year old who is a huge fan of steak but normally can’t order it as a child. Only thing I didn’t like was the strawberry and lime ice cream cake because it tasted like a frozen cheesecake but that’s down to personal preference. Food was great, and reasonable value. Did feel like the waitress couldn't wait to get rid of us though. Collected my plate before my partner has finished, which I was always told was rude, and went to collect or side too with half left

This restaurant is truly an incredible place. They were incredibly courteous when we went there for lunch with 6 assistance dogs and their handler. Despite being busy, they made us all feel very welcome. The staff was exceptional and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return.

Today, the service started off slow but after speaking with the manager, everything was sorted out for us. He was very friendly, ensured we had a great experience, and went above and beyond. excellent service, beautiful environment, good value, portions are not great, eating was reasonable, but not great. we had a pizza that could have done with another 5 minutes in many times and was disappointing for the price, but other foods were great. would recommend, but not for pizza. nells in the northern quarter is much better for pizza.

The staff at this establishment was pleasant and welcoming, and the service was extremely prompt. I was disappointed to find that the portion size of meatballs has decreased to only four. However, the spaghetti provided some good accompaniment. Despite this, I plan to return in the future. During my most recent visit, I noticed that my plate was not thoroughly cleaned, with some dried-on residue left on the bottom only becoming apparent after I had finished my meal.
