"Curioso ritrovare un ristorante di questo livello in un paese così piccolo, anche se nota meta turistica. Tilia offre una esperienza sensoriale, a cominciare dalla splendida location: moderna, in vetro e acciaio, arredamento essenziale, ma curato, luci e musica soffusa. Viene presentato un menù alla carte, molto ricco di offerte, ma a mio avviso è più interessante il menù “a sorpresa” con o portate. I piatti sono frutto di una accurata ricerca di sapori, molti dei quali ottenuti dal territorio, che vengono sapientemente fusi in delicati abbinamenti e che sono una delizia per il palato. Fra una portata e l’altra vengono offerti degli assaggi che sono piccoli cammei. Il servizio è eccellente: non viene trascurato nulla per mettere a proprio agio i clienti.Prezzo? Molto alto, se confrontato con la media dei locali della zona, ma sarebbe come confrontare Ronaldo (Chris Oberhammer, lo chef), con un qualsiasi calciatore di serie B! Considerando invece la location e la qualità dell’offerta i prezzi sono a mio avviso adeguati. In sintesi, esperienza assolutamente da non perdere se siete nella zona!"

"Scelta eccellente! Piccolo gioiello in centro a Dobbiaco . Ci siamo fermati per pranzo, locale con cucina a vista e 15 posti a sedere al suo interno ma fuori ha anche 2 casette in legno riscaldate nel bel mezzo dei mercatini , molto suggestivo. Hamburger spaziali con prodotti di qualità. Gli manca solo della birra alla spina, ma la loro Forst in bottiglia è da 10 quindi va bene lo stesso. Personale gentile e molto attento. Servizio veloce, prezzo nella media. Buon appetito."

"We enjoyed everything about this place. The setting, the staff, the food. After going here the first night that we were in town, we liked it so much we went back again the next night. (We usually like to try different places. . Complimentary grappa at the end of dinner was a pleasant surprise and a nice touch on their part. They seemed to go out of their way to make us feel welcome and have an enjoyable time."

"We’d spotted this place on our first wander through the centre of town and the food which people were eating at the outside tables looked pretty good. After a fairly long walk and arriving back in town by bus mid-afternoon a couple of days later and finding a table just indoors to keep in the shade we figured on having a late dinner only to find that food didn’t start again until around 5pm. Pleasant enough place to sit and have a beer though within sight of the town square and church. Afterwards we headed to the nearby supermarket to buy a few snacks to take back to our room so no big deal but in a touristy place and still in fairly busy season this place would do a pretty decent trade if they were serving food the whole day."

"Excellent service and food contrary to previous reviews. The other restaurants were mostly shut, and it was raining. We came early without reservation and were promptly given a table. The soup, house penne, steaks and grilled vegetables were excellent, and were served promptly despite a large crowd. Highly recommended."
