Careed service, attentive and caring staff. Excellent dishes: exceptional risotto with fresh porcini mushrooms and caramelized onions. Miticilo zabaione and all the desserts.

I had lunch at the restaurant. Great food, we took the traditional menu and all the dishes were up to it. Spectacular sweets, especially zabaione made at the moment in front of customers. Good wine.

rare that gives 5 balls as score, but they are more than deserved. historic place dating back to the first half of the '900 and already included in the first Italian edition of the michelina guide. useless to say that the dishes are performed perfectly, both for traditional ones and for those inherent to the chef’s astro that I recommend to try, great service, price adapted to the offer. the rooms are brand new and very beautiful.

Business dinner: feel about a month before the presence of a vegetarian commensale (I). The other commens had 3 and I said 3 appetizers and I had spinach. First, a risotto and tagliatelle, okay.
