"Estuvimos el mes pasado mi pareja y yo y fue una experiencia absolutamente inolvidable. Puedo decir que ha sido la experiencia gastronómica más bonita de mi vida. Llegamos antes de la hora y subimos a ver el huerto ecológico que cultivan, nos encantó. Tanto la ubicación como las instalaciones son una verdadera maravilla. La atención de todo el personal fue inmejorable: me dieron la opción de hacer todo mi menú ovolácteo vegetariano sin haberlo consultado previamente (error nuestro, pero nos ha pasado en otros restaurantes con estrellas Michelín que lo hemos preguntado con antelación y NO nos han dado la opción) Esto me hizo muy feliz y disfruté como una niña. Infinitas gracias. El recorrido por las estancias es encantador. Los platos en sí, espectaculares y con un trasfondo que me cautivó: elevar ingredientes humildes a la categoría de alta cocina es toda una declaración de principios que me emocionó. El chef Eneko vino a saludar y a interesarse por todos los comensales, fue muy amable. Y la filosofía de sostenibilidad que defienden se respira en todos los detalles. Salí enamorada de este lugar y de su forma de hacer las cosas. Espero poder volver algún día. Quisiera felicitar y agradecer a todo el personal su impecable trabajo y su amabilidad."

"I was at a wedding so it is difficult to value without knowing the prices and without living the “normal” experience of eating there. But everything I loved, even things that don't get me. the site of the beautiful wedding (in some vineyards with very beautiful views,) the spacious and modern place, with large windows. the service very correct. always attentive and with the right moments. and the food. one of the cocktail to the main ones we ate sitting, all with a touch of “different”. It's worth trying on a special occasion because cheap, of course, it's not."

"the site is very well decorated and has good beers and bottle. first cup brands, good music and good service. prices are in the middle of the village. The only thing that didn't bring me is that I asked for beers and not specifying the size put the huge glass of beer when your thing would have been to ask what size I wanted. otherwise all phenomenal."
