"The owner is beautiful and genuine as the dishes they cook. Don't expect a star restaurant because it's a tavern! The dishes are simple but good and above all abundant. Big Roast beef and Sacher cake. The place is quiet and is a few kilometers from Malpensa. Great for those who pass or for those who want to spend an evening with friends. The location is not a great place in a square surrounded by buildings. The owner at the first impact may seem burber instead when talking together is friendly and helpful. The cook is doc. What to say... you eat well

"Consigliatoci da un cacciatore incontato lungo la strada: .....se vu' volete mangia' bene. Abbiamo fatto una decina di km indietro e lo abbiamo trovato lungo la strada all' uscita del paese di Castenuovo. Pulito, ordinato, arredamento semplice e curato. Fatto il giusto cappello andiamo al sodo, abbiamo ordinato : Pici all'anatra e all' aglione e secondi, grigliata mista e fritto toscano piu' uno sformato di gobbi. piatti toscani che conosciamo bene. Porzioni generose ma soprattutto ottime. Fritto come lo faceva la mi mamma Soddisfattissimi. Giusto anche del conto. Correttissimo. Il cacciatore ci ha davvero consigliato bene !!"

"5 stelle per un posto del genere sono onestamente poche. Siamo giunti qui attratti dalle foto delle innumerevoli bottiglie di vino che l'enoteca vanta e ce ne siamo subito innamorati. La loro proposta culinaria è quella tipica toscana e le materie prime proposte sono eccellenti, dai salumi, ai pecorini, sino alla fiorentina, vi sarà difficile trovare qualcosa che non sia all'altezza delle aspettative. Anche i dolci sono eccezionali. Il servizio poi è impeccabile. Red, da perfetto padrone di casa gentile ed attento, è il fulcro di questo posto dove ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Lasciatevi consigliare da lui per la scelta del vino e fatevi guidare in quella che è la scoperta del Chianti a tavola. Noi ci siamo trovati così bene da essere tornati per 2 volte su 4 giorni di soggiorno. Questo è uno di quei posti che vi rimarranno nel cuore."

"My partner and I ate at Osteria del Castello as part of a package that was set up by our hotel for a sunset tour through the castle and dinner. This winery has a name for itself, but unfortunately this restaurant does not bring it well. The restaurant is mediocre. There are so many random restaurants everywhere in Italy that serve great pasta and other dishes and you would not be able to say from outside, so it was all the more surprising that this restaurant was one of the least impressive we visited throughout our trip. The dishes we ate basically lacked every spice. The soup was correctly executed as Gazpacho, but there were no riches and taste. We didn't even stay around for dessert because there were mosquitoes everywhere and they didn't even take out the lemon candles to keep them away. The tasting menu came only with its lowest wine versions, but if you ask if you can get their more premium selections for free. You have good wine, so I'd go to the tasting room, but not to the restaurant."

No thanks. cleanliness area relaxation spa jacuzzi no comment. only strong smell of annoying chlorine that irritates the eyes and the respiratory tract .. but SPORCA....pulite also the sudicia glaze . and change the broken sliding glass .dirt whirlpool with unpleasant residues on the bottom not clean .we found in strong discomfort x the shower in two presses after ten minutes from the intrusions of the foreign worker .che asked to leave free the spa They say that .they are not in the price : but we have chosen from the normal menu that they have proposed. We did not want to choose things outside the Menu included in the price .but they said the price depends on what you choose. - Very normal. .x two more glasses plus two sweets we added 21euro .x a total of 186euro .all included???????? I don't really recommend it... (to every ofelee to the support.... - Thank you. I hope only that the owners do not have the courage to answer .. maybe they should make us an apology x the reserved treatment .!but figure out. .. a nice silence was never written I'm sorry a real sin..."

"Ottima esperienza in questo ristorante fuori Siena. Il locale si affaccia su una bella piazza di Castelnuovo Berardegna e c 'è la possibilità di mangiare fuori poiché hanno un dehor. Il locale all 'interno è molto pulito e curato nei dettagli. Il personale è stato simpatico e gentile nel consigliarci i piatti, tra cui il loro tipico 'Tonno del Chianti ', che è un maiale lavorato e messo in una scatola tipo tonno, davvero squisito. Il resto non è stato da meno e nell 'ultima foto potete notare come ,incurante delle regole del bon ton e delle persone intorno a me, divoro anche il dessert. Io ho prenotato con The Fork e ho avuto il 25% sconto, ma i prezzi erano comunque adeguati. Consigliato!"
