Ordered the french onion soup for lunch. Not the best I had while in Paris, but not the worst. Wish the cheese was more melted and stringy. Food came out fast though so that's a plus!

We took escargo and onion soup for the appetizer , steak and duck breast for the main. Escargo is reccomandable, and the others were also nice though the steak was a bit chewy. Service was good. They provide English menu.

We went there by accident. Actually we wanted to visit Le Polidor but it was closed and Au Pere Louis was nearby. Yet, it was a wonderful visit and we have no regrets. Wine was great, place was very calm and staff was very friendly. Speisekarte ansehen

Decent option for lunch or dinner if you haven’t booked anything else. Smoked haddock was great, lamb rack had surprisingly lovely presentation, great positive atmosphere filled with laughter and lively chatter. A bit pricey for the pub’y feeling though.

On holiday in Paris for qq days in this neighborhood, we were pleasantly surprised at both the welcome of the team and the quality of the services! super foie gras home, exquisite beef rib, more room for desserts! I strongly recommend the coast of the richaud ridge and eat it standing on the window! Thanks again for the welcome!

Although rather neighbors of this biscornu bistro, low ceiling with stairways here or there, we had not returned there for quite a long time. He changed his hands but kept the style. Not a lot of young strangers. (from 22 h ) you can quickly use a burgundy (24 €) or a pork rib (21 €) with a homemade purée or fries and a rag or a rag rib (7 to 8 € per glass). The food was good, but service was really, really bad. I’m not demanding at all, but it was clear that Americans were seated in a designated area of the restaurant. Very long stretches of time went by with no interaction with any server. I was not in a hurry and am more patient than most, but it was bad enough to make me actually leave a review. For context, I spend a lot of time in Paris and speak French. One of the worst experiences I have had here.

We were in Paris for a week. We went here twice for dinner. Once it was just the husband and I because the kids were tired. We weren't too hungry so we shared the french onion soup and the melon salad. Both were delicious! We enjoyed the service and dinner so much we decided we had to sample more of the menu. So we came here another night with the kids and we all shared the escargot (ok only husband and I ate it), the melon salad and the boeuf for 2. The escargot was delicious! I am struggling to find something nice to say, so let's try. 1. Food: my duck was just ok. The skin was not crispy. My husband's entrecote was supposed to be juicy, but it was tough as a shoe. My son's chicken was ok, nothing special. The rest - potatoes. Nothing to say. 2. Service: awful, terrible, rude. You name it. The waitress did not pay any attention to us. She just put the plates on the table with a loud sound and left. As if we were disturbing her. When we asked to pay, she just threw the bill on the table without even saying a word. Unbelievable!
