"The first thing when I arrived in Paris was to go this restaurant at lunch for my favorite Os a Moelle (beef bone marrow) baked with fleur de sel de guerande then refresh down the palate with simple green salade. But was disappointed it was not in the menu any longer. I found out that it changed owner & of course that the answer to why the setting was changed too. No Os a Moelle, so I ordered something else but to more disappointment. The meat was overcooked & chewy. The frenchbean was overcooked, not crunchy as usual. It used to be very good, the meat was tender & we love their home made french fries but it was not the same anymore. I haven't back there again."

I wanted to like this place, but the beef was a bit chewy. I am hoping it was an off night.

We feel great. Almost every time I went there, it was for business meals and I don't regret it.

I guess you could call this a steak house, but you'll have the possibility of eating other meat spécialties such as stew, pot au feu and so on. A very nice surprise.

This was a very ordinary meal in Paris. Our hotel suggested that this would be a good place to come for good meat, but my steak was the toughest I have ever had in France. the rest of the meal was better than the steak, but still also quite ordinary for Paris. The quick meal we had for lunch for a much lower price was better food by far.

It was a very good quality restaurant. My boyfriend and I had a groupon deal and enjoyed a 3-course-menu in the Galvacher. The meat was very well cooked, the fish was perfect. My desert was a little bit of a deception - the ananas carpaccio, but the creme brulee was perfection itself.A lot of tourists around, though, which we found quite surprising.Worth a second visit, definetely.

This is the only restaurant we came to twice during our latest trip to Paris. Their menu offers many great options. Also ordered some things a la carte. Great quality ingredients, classic french dishes, in a very classy and clean atmosphere. We came during the week and there was a good mix of locals and tourists. We came on Saturday to celebrate our last day in Paris and it was full of almost all locals.
