I recently discovered this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the setting and quality of the kitchen. The Rossini Tourdos was well prepared, with perfect cooking, and the dessert coconut marrow was delicious. The service was efficient and attentive staff. A satisfying culinary experience that I recommend closed eyes.

Close to the border, but immediately completely different The Plat du Jour in the Alte Mühle, close to the German border, is simply great. Different soups, meat or fish in sufficient quantity but of high quality; followed by a traditional dessert or a large selection of cheeses, are absolutely worth a visit with their attentive service and warm atmosphere! Nice house. A very pleasant and attentive service, quality products, and dishes to recommend: the mussels of Mont-Saint-Michel, melting! the bomlo salmon way gravelax, tasteful! the asparagus of Trimbach, remarkable! And the hazelnut of deer, tender, and cooked to perfection! Not to mention the chocolate melt and its fresh mint ice... A cuisine that sublimates the products of the terroir. Go away!

Disappointment across the line As a suggestion, the dishes at almost 40€ were accompanied by fries when serving us We asked if it was possible to have more spetzeles (alsacean specialty) the server (very annoyed) replied that it was home fries and that we did not ask at the time of the order He brought them back at the end of the meal once we had finished eating And what was not our surprise by consulting the note once out of the restaurant They thought it was good to charge us a SUPPLÉMENTAIRE FRITES 3€ This is not the amount that shocked us you think well ...

We had the pleasure of discovering this restaurant last month with my spouse and we enjoyed it so much, that we decided to leave with good gifts to make discover to our surroundings this beautiful address. We were there tonight for the second time, and it is without fear that we chose a new dish on their card to test because we know that anyway we will not be disappointed! It really became our favorite address if you want to enjoy yourself and eat a good kitchen with good well-worked products.
