"The cream of the crop of an Eguisheim visit. The food we ate was absolutely amazing. All dishes were beautifully served and were so tasty! One of the best restaurants I ever been at. Not a lot of choices in the menu, but each one of them is a blast. The deserts were fabulous as well. I had two Pavlovas as the first one disappeared so quickly… The service was just great. Quick, professional and with a smile."

"Restaurant avec une belle décoration et bien situé. Patronne très sympathique , rigolote et qui prend un peu de temps pour discuter avec les clients. Le baeckoffe est très bon Le service efficace par le serveur , mais je ne rajouterai rien le concernant . Pas très communicatif ! Ceci dit , je conseille ce restaurant"

"Un déjeuner un lundi très agréable. La jolie façade du restaurant a tout le charme d'une maison alsacienne. L'accueil est aimable et sympathique. La grande salle est sobre avec de belles bouteilles d'exception posées à certains endroits. Elles sont bien évidemment vides et ont été dégustées par d'autres clients amateurs de vins d'exception. Les menus et la carte proposent des plats variés à des prix très étudiés. Il y deux grandes cartes des vins que nous n'avons pas ouvertes. Nous avons préféré choisir des vins au verre. Les mets sont de qualité et les cuissons maitrisées. Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans ce restaurant où nous reviendrons très certainement pour le très bon rapport qualité prix, l'accueil, le service, les explications et découvrir la fabuleuse carte des vins."

"during our spring stay in alsace, we went to the restaurant la palette, in wettolsheim. I had been there several decades ago. at the time, he was named the Florent father. the spacious dining room was modernized while keeping some elements of the 1970s and others very old. It’s a little surprising! the masterpiece of this room, it is naturally the beautiful wooded ceiling that has been well preserved! some works of art exhibited here and there bring color touches. Hence the name of the establishment the palette! We were greeted in a sober way. throughout the meal, the service was attentive, but a distant strand. there was a moment of waiting between the dishes. On the side of the dishes, the menu offers several menus, including a vegetarian, it’s in the air of time! the map of the very interesting wines. We chose the menu of the month. First of all, a light-hearted amuse. First entrance, a fatty liver with spring vegetables, pickles. two small things however: the preparation was very cold and there was a little too much acidity! Second entry: a mid-cuit tuna escalope in the pak choi, a yuzu-based vinaigrette. The fish was too cooked, so a little dry. the main dish, a beef minced, small spring peas, beans, small carrots, curry-based sauce. The meat was tender. Very tasty sauce. dessert, a melting hazelnut, with a praline sauce. delicious. Finally, chocolate domes and two small verrines. a bottle of Alsatian white wine, organic, which was interesting. we appreciate the quality of Alsatian white wines! In summary, the chef offers quality cuisine, traditional, an inventive brin, with original associations. I quickly observed the mastered side of the event caterer! the value-price relationship is appreciable!"

"Bon mais sans plus, il faut absolument réserver pour 18h30 car un deuxième service est prévu mais les portes s'ouvrent à 18h35. Le personnel vous regarde attendre dehors au froid ...mais... c'est la patrone qui ouvre ! Le personnel est serviable mais le maître mot est la rapidité pour vous faire partir avant 20h30. Sans être mauvais (ni excellent non plus) ce n'est pas le genre d'expérience que je recherche surtout à ce prix là. Perso je connais suffisamment de bons restaurants dans le village que pour ne plus y retourner. Je prends le muscat en apero annoncé sur la carte a 12 cl a moins de 5€, mais sans rien vous demander on vous donne la version xxl a quasi 10€. Je me disait qu'ils étaient généreux.. bhein oui ! Le service ne concerne pas le personnel en lui même mais la manière dont il est organisé. Après si vous cherchez un Quick c'est la bonne adresse. C'est dommage car l'endroit mériterait d'être un vrai resto conviviale et non pas impersonnel."
